I ordered flowers online for my grandmother’s 98th birthday. The earliest delivery date was 5 days after her birthday. I called the shop and they were able to get the flowers delivered on her birthday!! They made her year!! I’m so grateful for them making this happen for us!!!

Lisa worked me every step of the way to make sure my wedding flowers were just what I wanted! They turned out exactly like I envisioned! It was a great experience and I highly recommend them! :)

Lisa and her team did an outstanding job on the flowers for my daughter's winter wedding in Grand Rapids. My daughter had unique tastes - and a limited budget - for her bouquets and table greenery. Lisa listened to my daughter's vision and helped guide her to creating her ideal floral arrangements. Everyone at the wedding raved about their beauty and aroma.

Lisa, also, personally delivered the flowers before the wedding and stayed in Grand Rapids to set up the table arrangements during the venue flip to the reception.

I ordered a bouquet for a sixtieth birthday and upgraded to the premium bouquet. This woman does so much for people and different communities she deserves a great big bouquet. I called them to order and they said they ‘think’ they’d have enough flowers to do it. I said well if you run short and have flowers from this other bouquet we think a mixture of both would be absolutely fine; So they agreed. The price of the premium bouquet we wanted was $65, and the premium price of the bouquet they were pulling flowers from to fill the bouquet was $50. Not only would a discount compensate for the difference in price but they also offered a military discount. We decided on a $60 flat rate.

I was very excited for the flowers to arrive and was expecting a very nice bouquet, the pics online for the standard bouquets were great and I figure premium would be even better. I wish I could upload pics of what we received, my heart broke it was so underwhelming, looked to be the size of the “standard” and had a lot of empty spaces with no flowers.

I didn’t see a charge to our bank account for three days and truthfully I thought that maybe they felt bad for not having enough flowers to fill the bouquet they decided not to charge us. I just don’t know how to feel about what happened and regrettably, won’t be supporting this local shop in the future. 😔

I did think the lady was very kind on the phone and thought We worked well together to figure out something that would work. Truthfully, I’m disappointed but thankful the delivered something to her on her birthday.

What I order online was not what was delivered. What was delivered was half the size and the flowers were different. Wasn't nearly as nice as the picture online and wasn't worth the price.
