If I could give 10 stars I would! I am so glad we had Catrine at Medawar design my 25th Anniversary wedding ring. I wanted something similar to my first wedding ring. She was not pushy and she listened to what I wanted. She designed my ring way above and beyond what I imagined. It is so beautiful and is very special to me. She has such a great heart and truly cares for her clients. Everyone in there are such great loving people. I will always use Medawar of Okemos for all my jewelry needs.

Thank you Medawar for helping me find the ring of my dreams. I had been told by multiple other jewelers that what I wanted wasn’t common and I would have a hard time finding it. I found the exact ring I had been looking for within 5 minutes of looking at Medawar Okemos. We were also under a time crunch that they were able to accommodate with no hesitation. 10/10 experience.

Catrine and everyone were absolutely phenomenal in helping me find an engagement ring.
I would challenge even the most savvy jewelry shopper to find a more professional, no pressure atmosphere to shop.
Her son even worked late to finish putting it together for me in time so that I could propose on Christmas.
The fact that this is a family-owned and run business is drastically apparent.
They even had a bigger selection to look at than anywhere else I went.

Our recent experience at Medawar Jewelers, specifically with Catrine, was outstanding. My wife and I wanted our wedding rings resized and Catrine walked us through some options. I had a not so good experience with another jeweler that we had originally bought our wedding rings from. Long story short, Medawar Okemos thoroughly explained what needed to be done to my ring and explained why the charge was going to be more than I thought it was going to be for sizing. I picked my ring up today and my jaw literally dropped. They did such an AMAZING job of soddering my wedding ring and band, in addition to the upsizing. I thought they would have a hard time because my band was super thin, but they made it work and it is absolutely beautiful! I have officially found my new jeweler! Thanks again for everything! My experience with Medawar Jewelers was simply fantastic. Ryan and Katrine moved absolute mountain for my Fiancé and I. I was unaware of the timeline (~1 month) it took to prepare an engagement ring. I needed the ring ready in less than 4 days for a vacation in which I was going to propose. However, Ryan took care of everything for me and made special arrangements with a promise to have the ring ready before we left on our trip. Ryan ended up getting the ring done in only 3 days, a day sooner than promised even. The finished product is absolutley stunning. The team at Medawar really cares about the customer and, as evidenced by my anecdote, will overcome even the toughest hurdles for their customers. You are really treated like family there. I will reccomend Madawar to all of my friends and family in the future for their amazing customer service and fantastic workmanship.

Catrine Medawar went above and beyond to make our rings perfect! We received so many compliments, and she made the process so easy. Medawar's definitely has the best prices around, and were so helpful, informative, and had impeccable customer service. Would highly recommend!

I had a stone and setting both purchased online. Another local jeweler told me they could not be set together and one would need to be replaced. I took my pieces to Medawar and they were able to set it for me without issue. The store was clean and very nice, the staff was friendly and helpful. My ring was returned to me in 3 weeks (was told 3-4 weeks) so it was on time. They showed me the engraving on the stone when the ring was given to me for peace of mind. They did a free appraisal as well! Much appreciated for insurance purposes. The price seemed slightly high but I’d rather pay more and have something done correctly. Overall I was very pleased with my experience with Medawar and would happily work with them again in the future!

I walked into Medawar's to get a cleaning of my ring and a possibly resizing. Fortunately, Chelsey used her expertise to let me know that my engagement and wedding rings prongs were completely worn down and any cleaning would result in the loss of the gems. She provided me my options, quotes, and gave me time to think it over for a few days. I never felt any pressure. I checked with a friend who was a jeweler who reiterated everything Chelsey stated. I went back a few days later and gave the ok to redo my rings. The cost was exactly what I was quoted and I appreciated the time she took with me to not only recreate my rings but to also enhance them. Chelsey was wonderful to work with and Medawar's will always have my business!

I can't say enough good things about Catrine and her associates. Although I wasn't a former customer of theirs, I called this morning because my wedding bands were too tight and I needed them cut off. Medawar took care of this for me at no charge and even offered to watch my toddlers so I could come in immediately. Everyone was so kind and understanding.
