I lost my Mother last week, The Muir Family was very kind, considerate and patient with my family as we made the most difficult decisions. The Muir’s made this process less painful for us. My Mother looked absolutely beautiful and our family was able to say goodbye in a setting where we could all be together. The cemetery was 75 miles away and this was not an issue for them at all - they made this trip seamless. They were also kind enough to deliver all of our flowers and gifts to my home after the funeral. Covid did not make this easy but thanks to The Muir’s we were able to honor my Mother perfectly! Good for website but not finding out about your love one

When my mother passed away we chose Muir Brothers because we heard great things. We were promptly told that we would have to pay for the funeral up front because her life insurance “took too long to pay.” Because of this we were forced to cremate her instead of the funeral she had planned.

Get someone in the office to answer the phone with some manners. If you dont have any clue what I am talking about pull a file. I followed all of their recommendations and made the purchase of a necklace. All I want to do is pick up a check for the sextant and get the necklace. Not sure if they charge extra for the rude attitude. Ill be in tommorrow to finalize the arrangements with Muir's. I would hope I dont get more than I paid for.
