This place is amazing! Has everything you could ever need to design your home. Customer service is great. The ladies here are beyond helpful! They go out of their way to help you in any way they can. With the huge selection of fabrics, furniture, pillows and accessories it's a one stop shop for sure. I will be going back!

This place is amazing! Absolutely love the selection of throw pillows and fabrics. The throw pillows are made very well with high end fabrics and very affordable. If your looking for one of a kind, unique, throw pillows this is the place. They also have beautiful unique furniture, and home decor.

I so appreciated being able to work with Mary on window seat cushions. Thanks to the large selection of fabrics, I was able to find exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. Mary completed the cushions in a timely way. They are beautifully made and fit perfectly.

Great selection of accessories, art and furniture, as well as fabrics in the back to customize pieces with. There is even a new showroom to browse.

I have been coming here for many years-met Miriam the owner when it was on Cascade Rd.The store is amazing !The store drips class & quality.I am a middle class consumer & have never felt anything but valued & welcomed.They carry the best of the best.The brands here are top notch & the back design room is a treasure trove.There is something for every budget.The throw pillows are amazing & an incredible price point.If you have never been here do not hesitate.

This is the best place to find a fabric sample - the largest selection in west Michigan. However, customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with - unhelpful, condescending, and apathetic.
Go for the free samples, leave and go somewhere else for the business.

Walked in and two ladies were at the counter and never acknowledged me. I had a question about wallpaper and she said she couldn’t help me and told me call back on Monday. She wasn’t very nice to me.

I went to the home design studio today to look for some furniture
I was with a friend , when we walked in there was a women at the counter unpacking some things , we walked around the store looking a couches , she never said one word to us, never asked if she could help us find something. was very disappointed

I was completely ignored here. Going to Klingmans.
