They truly put other fast food joints to shame with the quality of the food. Service is excellent as well both for sit down dining and drive thru. Their drive through efficiency is incredible. They will bring your food to your table after ordering and ask if there's anything else you need, like drink refills, or sauces. The children's play place is great as well. They may be a bit more expensive, but the food is so worth it in comparison to Mac's or BK.

First time visiting this Chick-fil-A. The staff was very friendly and helpful with ordering. Very personable and swift with the delivery of our meal. The dining room was clean and neat in appearance. We liked that they came around and offered mints and wet wipes also. Love that sauce!!!!! Highly recommended you visit!!!

I have always gotten excellent service and food at Chick-fil-A. Even when their drive-thru line seems to be a mile long, it moves fast and is always worth the wait! I will go out of my way to go the Chick-fil-A because I know it will always be delicious! (:

Chick-fil-A is pretty much known for their consistent customer service and friendly employees...this location did not disappoint and as always met my expectations. Always smiling faces and friendly service. I ordered the mac and cheese and grilled nuggets, my order was hot and correct as ordered. The nugget sizes can be a little larger, but were still good.

Went to the drive thru very good service friendly. When we got the food home, it was still warm and very good. First time my mom and sister had food from Chick-fil-A and they loved it.

The food was great, I had to wait almost 5 minutes to go to the restroom because workers were cleaning it. At least it was clean 🙂 they also have a playplace for children under 12 to play in.

Probably my favorite fast food chain. It is the only place where the employees always have a smile on their face, and the food is consistent in quality. The okemos location is no exception!

Literally amazing service and the lady at the counter was so sweet. Received our food within about 40 seconds after ordering.

First time at one of these restaurants. Incredibly busy but they moved people through very quickly. Food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Didn't seem like typical fast food. Will return again.

I have avoided Chick-fil-A for my entire life. Heard national ownership was involved in nefarious donations. Finally broke down after Gay Tik Tok was like "you can pry Chick-fil-A nuggets out of my cold unalive hands!
So. Darn. Delicious.

The employees are always cheerful and go out of their way to help you. The food is delicious.

Tried the new Pimento chicken sandwich. It was definitely good. The caramel shake was great, too. Although it was busy and on a game day, they kept the lines and customers moving. They're working hard at this location.
