Shelby Family Pharmacy

The staff is extremely professional and friendly. It is a short distance from my children's pediatricians office to the pharmacy. The prescription is ready by the time I walk in the door. Their service is quick. I am never disappointed with their service! Highly recommend!

Started coming here a few months now on a feeling without reading any comments or anything about Shelby Family Pharmacy and frequent the pharmacy weekly . The very best service and professional advice, with an outstanding staff is what this pharmacy is all about . Even the products sold there is absolutely incredible .They stock just about anything yourself or family will need . Cannot say enough about Shelby Family Pharmacy. Iam so happy I decided to leave a chain pharmacy and give my business to John and his staff . Ella is so professional and will stop what she doing just to help you find a product and answer any questions you have !

I used to go to a big chain pharmacy and they were constantly jerking me around about my medications and it was causing me to run out. Shelby filled all my prescriptions for a 90 day supply. I was very impressed. Bye bye big chain pharmacy.

Such an amazing pharmacy and staff! Very helpful and polite. I needed a special order liquid antibiotic after acquiring a dental infection two days prior to leaving on a plane to Florida. They did not have the full dose in stock and they were able to rush my order to deliver on a Saturday and waited a little after close for me to be able to meet them! Highly recommend! :)

It is so nice to find a pharmacy with a compassionate staff. I drive out of my way to pick up my prescriptions there.

My family loves Shelby Family Pharmacy. About 2 years ago, our family had a not great experience at a large pharmacy. My daughters doctor called directly to Shelby Family Pharmacy to see if they had her medication. We went to the pharmacy 10 minutes after the call, and they already had the script filled! They are always on top of filling prescriptions right away and if they need to order a medication, they do it promptly. I cannot say enough to express how happy I am that her doctor got us in touch with this pharmacy!!!

I absolutely love this place!! John is a great pharmacist and all of their staff are kind and friendly. I always get my prescriptions quickly and I am treated with respect by everyone who works here. They even offer delivery in case you can’t get to them but need your prescriptions. I highly recommend Shelby Family Pharmacy to everyone. I have been a customer of theirs for a couple years now and I have never had a bad experience. It is a 5 star business with 5 star employees and owners.

Great service. I am very happy now. Because I changed my prescriptions from Rite Aid to here. I am really fed up from those big chain pharmacies. Now I am recommending anybody to come here and fill their prescriptions.

Excellent service from John and his wife! I'm a new customer, but John helped me greatly and treated me as if we'd known each other for years!! I love 'shopping' local, and this visit is definitely prompting me to switch all of our prescriptions to Shelby Family Pharmacy! I highly recommend them!!

Absolutely my all time favorite pharmacy I've ever been to! Treat you like family not just a number!!!

I have been using Shelby family pharmacy since they opened. I can honestly say I would never go back to a chain pharmacy even again. John the pharmacist cares about his customers like they are family. He has an awesome selection of over the counter products as well. Wait times are always minimal and they will also deliver for free!

John and his staff are professional, efficient, and most importantly they are kind. They've always put in extra efforts to make sure we are taken care of. John always goes the extra mile, checking pricing on new medications for us, flavoring medications for my children so they are easier to take, smiling and chatting with my kids over the counter so they feel special. Refills or new scripts, we never have to wait long and I know my questions will be answered if I have concerns. You won't find this sort of service at a big box pharmacy.

Shelby Family Pharmacy is great! I switched to this pharmacy about a year or two ago from CVS. I work in the same plaza, so it’s always fast and easy! John the pharmacist is so friendly and knows you by name when you walk in. He is always helpful and so are all of his staff! I highly recommend going here for all of your pharmacy needs! :)

This pharmacy is amazing!! You walk in and the pharmacist knows your name and actually cares about you, which is how it should be. Picking up prescriptions feels like a personable experience not just a transaction. Everyone there is so kind and helpful.

I am so glad I found this pharmacy. It’s great to be somewhere where they recognize you, call you by your name and always ask how you’re doing. They take the time to have the personal touch, compassion for what you’re going through, and will go out of their way to do whatever is necessary to get you what you need. The staff is always kind and courteous. And you can’t go wrong with John behind the counter!

Shelby Family Pharmacy is fantastic! John is such a friendly pharmacist and prescriptions get filled quickly and efficiently. Some of the pharmacies I have been to put the prescription label on a separate piece and not the actual prescription, but Shelby Family Pharmacy puts it directly on my prescription, which is a small detail that I love because when I have to call in a refill, my script number is right there! I would recommend this pharmacy to everyone!

This is the greatest little personal family Pharmacy around. They treat you like you are part of their family, always with kindness and compassion. They have fair and honest prices on everything in their store and are truly here for their customers!!!! This is way better than any chain pharmacy all around!!!

The customer service is amazing and our prescriptions have always been filled when we need them. They have proactively helped us to find the lowest cost on our medications. They even recognize me when they can only see half of my face! I would recommend them to anyone.
