DICK'S Sporting Goods

I was on a hunt for a warm winter jacket at the end of the season. I found a couple options online for Dick’s so i drove to their Eastwood Towne Center location. I couldn’t find the product on my own; John was super helpful and went above and beyond to find the exact jacket and size for me. Very nice and respectable young man.

Went looking for a bicycle 🚲 and found a selection that was fair sized...a little pricey but then again everything is nowadays...if you play sports this is a good spot to find your accessories...⚽⚾🥎🏀🏐🏈🏉🎾🥏🎳🏏🏑🏒🥍🏓🏸⛳🎣⛸🥊🥌🤺🏋‍♂🤼‍♂⛺🛶

My wife got really nice Northeast Outfitters boots. The customer service people were very helpful.

Clutch service over here at DSG. They held a ticket pickup for a pair of Jordans that was seemingly easily to enter and get on the day of the launch. The team was super knowledgeable and easy to work with and guided me a first time “ticket launch” buyer.

They had exactly what I needed. The store was clean and well lighted. Prices were clearly marked and easy to read. I spoke with two employees and both were courteous and knowledgeable. The young man who rang up my merchandise was polite and professional. He thanked me and wished me a good day.

Called earlier in the morning with pretty specific shoe request regarding size and color. Gentleman was very helpful. He found exactly what I needed, answered all my questions, and put them on hold for me. I'm from Jackson so I didn't want to drive up there if they didn't have what I needed. So helpful! Plus I got a great deal!

The golf area young man was very helpful!! The young lady at cash register was great too!! It was nice to see such kind people at the store again!!

I had gone during the 2020 pandemic. They employ great precautions to keep shoppers safe. Associates very helpful in directing us around the store.

Although many places are out of luxury outdoor adventure items. We have found what we've needed here twice in past 6mo! Thankful for their prices also!

Picked up shoes I had bought on line. They did not fit so I took them back. Sales rep was great as well as the other staff we encountered. Peace & Love

We weren't finding what we were looking for. I asked Andre for assistance and he went above and beyond to assist us. We ended up with exactly what we wanted and it will be delivered to our home.
