I've been coming here for yrs, yes my usual guy wasn't there..but another fine young man helped me out..and he did great got me out of there quick..even though I changed my mind a couple of times..and since it was kind of an emergency..I was able to pick up the next day..but it was a little snow flakes on/off.. so they plastic wrapped it for me..which was great..

Amber helped me buy, load, and above all love my new washer and dryer. It’s just what I needed for less than I was expecting to pay. I feel confident if anything was wrong I could go back in and have it all taken care of by her. She made our experience fun, easy, and stress free. My family has been going through this Aaron's for over ten years. We absolutely love Steve and Melissa. All team member are wonderful. Very friendly, always have a smile on their face and make you feel so welcome. I'll always recommend this Aaron's and we will continue to be their customers as long as they exist!

Always had an easy experience going through them. I honestly haven’t had to for awhile but still choose to go through them. Steve is extremely helpful and on top of things.

Steve, I do believe, was so funny and a pleasure setting us up for our delivery of our furniture! The TV is absolutely amazing good call on only giving out Samsung and a different brand but forgot which. I had Aaron's right after highschool and kept the livingroom furniture for five years. Pro tip, when you give back furniture any money you paid goes to the furniture you pick up at a different Aaron's if you MOVE. (That money does expire in 1 or 2 years)

Everything was fantastic, treated like a customer not a burden. Answer all my questions and extremely friendly. Would definitely go back.

I leased from Ionia store but recently paid my bill on 28th Street and the people there were sweet . I paid my bill and had a wonderful man comment on my nails .GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE .
