Dillon is amazing!! He is very kind, considerate and very helpful with anything you may need help with. He went above and beyond to help me even when others wouldn’t’. His personality and smile is just a bonus. Amazing customer service skills. Would love to have him help me ANY day! He leaves you with no homework and satisfied!

Went in to hopefully grab a package first but sadly it wasn’t labeled properly yet so I still had to wait but I am thankful for the employee willing to search through all the package in the back and attempt to find it. Everyone who works here is a hero and doesn’t deserve the bad rating people give them! USPS is hero’s!

I have a small cottage business. For 25+ years the united states postal service has performed exemplary when it comes to ease-of-use shipping items, friendliness, courtesy, professionalism. These are the things that keep me and my business afloat. I appreciate all of the employees at the Battle Creek post office for their service and dedication.

I stopped into the post office today to ship off some paperwork to Arizona. I had my 15 month old with me. My child was wanting to do nothing but run around and I was scrambling around to find an envelope large enough to send my 20 pages, while trying to keep her near me. There were probably 4 customers ahead of me. I was able to fill out the envelope and stick my papers in there but it was just a struggle (lol parents know). There was a younger gentleman in there that I took my unsealed envelope to, and he was nothing but kind to me, sealed my envelope for me, and gave me my change so quickly. There was also a woman there who was so sweet and they both held a conversation with me about my daughter, and it meant a lot to me. Since moving to Battle Creek, I have had to get used to *not the best* service at some local stores. My visit to the Post Office, which I was dreading, was a nice change for me. Thank you, to the two working in the building today Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at 11:30-12:00ish. With my manager experience in different kinds of retail locations, I have to say that you put the perfect two people in this position, as they were kind and professional no matter the high intensity of being busy, they didn’t treat me differently because I was struggling with a toddler, the younger man sealed my envelope for me (not a big deal but it was) and they continued to treat me with kindness. Thank you again :)

I have a very complex issue with a package. USPS is doing their part to get it resolved! The 2 different women I spoke with on the phone were very friendly and listened to the issue. They are understaffed and over worked. They are doing their best to get problems resolved.

Dillon does an amazing job. Every time he has helped me he had been courteous, professional, and efficient

Dillan was amazing. We got passports for the kids and he was nice, carefull, understanding and went above and beyond.

I come here on a weekly basis, these guys are BY FAR the best postal service in town. UPS on Beckley have terrible service for a hefty price. USPS are the cheapest, friendliest and easiest to deal with. It is fast and pleasant with great, knowledgeable staff. I ship packages out a lot and these guys make it affordable and easy!

I ship from here multiple times a week. The staff have always been helpful and professional. Packages go out on time, unlike many other POs that I’ve worked with. Never had an issue.

A young man named Bryant in the Battle Creek office helped me with my passport renewal.
Best service I have had anywhere in awhile!

An associate named Dillon helped me select a package for my "parcel select" shipment and even helped me package it up! He was very polite and personable. Awesome service, thanks!

We're so lucky to still maintain that almost small town postal service. Where our employees always have a smile, they're always helpful & caring. We're lucky to have them as federal employees

My postal carrier is very nice. She makes sure our mail is in the box and packages are at the door. I live on Capital Ave NE M66 49017.
