Everything is near perfect as it can get. You could’ve eaten off the doors. Service was very good and it was reasonable price. I will come back.

This is a charming small motel one exit south of the Graying I-75 business route. The location is quiet, price is moderate and the room was clean and well maintained. The proprietor is friendly and accommodating. I would stay there again.

I stayed here while attending Kirtland Community college. First off Sharon and John are so friendly. They were the only hotel in the area that gave a student discount. They keep the rooms clean. The best part of staying here is the drive to the school. Less than 5 min away. It was awesome! Highly recommend for Kirtland students.

Mrs Sharon and her husband made it possible for me to have a comfortable, clean place to stay while away from home. It felt like home. If you’re looking for a clean affordable well kept place to stay when traveling through Grayling, check them out. You won’t be disappointed. Great hospitality.

Cute inn with accommodating rooms. Regular full size coffee pot and very clean. The owners make sure you're pleased with your stay! I usually sleep horrible in hotel rooms too, and I got great sleep staying here!

Clean, comfortable. Coffee in room. Good wifi. Owners very accomodating. Great hospitality. We rode bikes in the rain, owners laid out cleaning towels to wipe down our bikes. We would return, thank you!

Adorable little mom and pop motel. Has kitchenette in room and dishes. Fire wood and pit available to you when you stay as well as a patio with gas or charcoal grills for you to use. Nice quiet and very clean. Owners are super friendly and helpful. Not most modern but incredibly comfortable and charming. Rooms actually have quite a bit of space.

Stayed here 5 years ago and again this weekend, great with kids or just as a couple. Very friendly owner and great rates, my husband and I will definitely be back. I love how it's in country and quiet but so close to express way.

We were passing through and were able to book the last available room just 30 minutes before arriving. Everything was ready and clean. Check in/out was easy and pleasant. Great place to crash.

A friendly staff and a clean, well kept place to stay. Comfy beds, hot shower, satellite TV and fast internet. Close to Interstate 75. Highly recommend if you are staying in the Grayling MI area.

Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Didn't hear any noise coming from the room next to me at all. Have big TV's, direct TV, coffee pot, coffee and fridge in each rooms. Also have a covered area with big fridge, grill, sink, counter and pinic tables to make your meals. Very friendly owners who are wanting you to enjoy your stay. Has parking in front of rooms and trailer parking in back.

Wonderful place. Kind and caring owners. This roomed are clean and affordable. 3 minutes from the freeway. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

We stayed here on a whim, just passing through after deciding we didn't feel like camping in the area. Super cute rooms, very reasonable prices, the owners are friendly and they just remodeled the rooms. We would stay here again for sure.

This Lil ma and pa motel is so nice! John and Sharon are by all means so nice and down to earth! If you want peaceful quiet and just an all around wonderful stay come stay at 9 Oaks Inn. Close to the highways and a gas station right around the corner with arbys right there for a quick lunch or dinner. Short drive into Grayling for all other restaurants shopping and canoeing and fishing on the Ausable river. Just a great little piece of up north you can get.

Exactly what we needed for a night away. Cozy room, comfortable bed, very clean, charming owners, conveniently located. Will be back again next summer!

This is a great place to bring your family. The rooms are always clean. The couple who owns the motel are extremely nice and accommodating.

Stayed for one night with my wife in July. Spent $65 on the room. Had a queen bed and decent size bathroom. If in the area again and the price is right then we will be staying here again

Stayed here riding dirt bikes. Owner was very nice and the rooms were extremely clean. Definitely a good place to stay.

Very nice place, very friendly family owners. They have Direct TV and Wifi in all the rooms that actually works very well, clean rooms and right across the street from the Moose Lodge
