McDonald's

The team members at the Metamora Illinois McDonald's locations are excellent. They treat everybody with dignity and respect. If there's an error on the order and you tell them about it they fix it without complaining and they're happy to do it. In comparison to other McDonald's in the area this McDonald's is at the top of the list for excellence. The stores in Washington and Peoria treat you like you're an inconvenience

I came around 8:00pm great workers when I was having trouble with my card they were very understanding. The guy told have a good night this time.

Much cleaner and nicer than it used to be! And my kids really liked the play place!

My son loves visiting this location not only for their Sundaes or happy meals, but because they have a very well kept indoor Playground. To my knowledge, I would like to say it's the only location to still have this indoor playground, just like when I was a child. We appreciate this facility because on hot days, we can still bring him somewhere he can run around wild. Staff is incredibly friendly and supportive. They literally are always friendly, amiable, and patient with customer service. Management was great. Came between shift changes and they were so polite and informative. Thanks for being a part of our local community! Go Metamora Redbirds!

Me and my family went there for dinner tonight and at the register my husband realized that someone hacked his debit card and the bank shut down his card the manager Megan told us to not worry about it that she would take care of it. It was such a great thing to do that she didn’t have to do and that’s amazing customer service. It was just so decent and kind and generous. Thank you sincerely. That woman deserves a raise!!

Great morning crew on Friday! Super nice fast and good food

It started out as a horrible morning. I was already running late for work. I swung into the drive thru this morning for my coffee and burrito combo. When I gave my order I was greeted by a very polite crew member. Who confirmed my order was correct and my total. The best part was when I paid for my meal. When I pulled up the crew members smile just completely made me forget about my horrible start. My food was HOT AND FRESH and the crew really seemed to work well together and vibe really well. I was only in the drive thru but from what I could see it was super clean! Even the drive thru window was clean! I've been here in the past and it's taken such a wonderful turn since then! I will point all of my friends to this place. Where people treat you like actual people. And the food is always delicious!!!!!

Always have great personal service and good food.

Thank you very much for making me new food that the Peoria location gave me cold. Wasn’t expecting the great response and for them to take accountability for another locations mishap. Thank you again! Next time I will just wait to get to the Washington location on my 2.5 hour drive home.

Utilized the drive through at the Metamora Store...the sandwich was warm...my.order is an oddball and they got it right...smooth and quick..its rewarding to go to a location in the evening and get regular day hours "A" level service.

One of my favorite mcdonalds. There evening Manager is great and he quickly helps if there is any issue.

Ok its McDonalds, so the expectation already is not very high so honestly what can you say, the drinks were cold and the fries were hot. So we were happy with the Golden arches in Metamora.

McDonald's in Metamora was busy walked in for a quick breakfast and I was taking care of right away they say no ordering on the register you have to go to the kiosk but they took care of me with no problem sandwiches with very tasty and we're hot freshly made

Metamora is a good town with good people. In the McDonald's reflects it it's clean it's fast they're friendly and the food is always hot and looks like the picture it reminds me every time the way McDonald's used to be perfect clean fun . Every period area McDonald's are ran down staffed with lazy employees that are dirty and the food will probably make you sick if you want a good McDonald's go to metamora.

Always amazing. The guy on the speaker should be doing all of the order taking he is calm cool clear he doesn't talk 5 mile-an-hour like some of them.

I do visits with my kids here every Friday, staff Is awsome, & very friendly.

Drive through is always fast and easy. If you go inside the lobby is always clean and the employees are always happy to help if you need anything.

The food was amazing and the employees were polite and enjoyable to be around. I had a delightful time and never a dull moment.

McDonalds is more American than apple pie! I love that it hasn't changed since 1960 when I bought my first cheeseburger.
