The staff was very caring. Answered all our questions and concerns.. went over in strict details as to how the machine worked.. made us feel very confident as to how the machine work… we left feeling like it was going to be ok.. that was truly customer service!!!!!! This place is wonderful. Exactly what I’m looking for in a drive Rollator and can deliver it within days. They have one on the floor in black, but I prefer to wait for the red.

My experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! I spoke with the lovely Cynthia over the phone concerning my need for a seated walker. I love it when you can tell a person is smiling while assisting over the phone. She went over a few options with me that my insurance would cover and I opted to come to the store rather than a delivery and setup. Glad I did because what I would’ve ordered wouldn’t have worked for me. Just as polite and patient in person as she was over the phone. We ran into a bit of an issue with my needs and she alerted the owner who within minutes, delightfully resolved my issue. No hassle, no fuss! Mr Rakesh walked up, listened to Cynthia explain the situation and he immediately resolved it. He has the sweetest, most humble disposition.
