My favorite location. The manager is such a jewel. Every time I enter, she greets you like family. Great shopping experience.

Best Torrid in the area. I drive out of my way to go to this location over McHenry after several bad experiences with the store manager there. The store manager at this location in Gurnee is SO nice and so are all the other staff members!!! I wish I lived closer to this one, but it’s worth the drive and I have never had a bad experience here. I’ve loved Torrid clothes for years and even though they can be a tad bit overpriced in my opinion, the nice thing is there are always sales going on, and the fit is always just right too. I rarely have to question which size to get because their stuff is pretty consistent (aside from the swimwear which I typically size up with). I’m a big fan of Torrid and a big fan of the store and am always recommending this location to others!!

I love love love this store. Especially this location. The girls are always so friendly and helpful. And they go out of their way to make you feel great and help find you a great fit. The clothes may be expensive but the quality and style are so worth it. Any plus size girl could easily find something they will love there.

This store is amazing, the manager and associates are very polite and helpful. Love coming to this store, because they know what I want as well as my style, they have helped tremendously every time I go in. They treat their customers like if they were family, always polite and a great customer service at all times. Love the way the multi task always on the go and making sure all their clients are satisfied with their purchases. Recommend this tore 100%.

Lucy And Luci were incredibly helpful and made a bad day better. They made sure we got what we needed, that what we were buying was steamed and ready for the event that we're going to. Kind, supportive, helpful, amazing! Thank you ladies!

This is my favorite store! Employees are 99.9% always friendly and the clothes usually fit just right (although you can go over 3 complete sizes and fit them all depending on what you're looking at). Don't suggest the denim - never seems to fit right. Tip to Torrid - get rid of the tags!! Go tagless so we don't have them sticking out or bugging us through the day! Always have to cut them off.

I absolutely love this store!!! There are very few trendy places for plus sized clothing but Torrid is the place to go!! If you watch they have amazing sales too! When I was there it was buy 1 clearance item get 2 free. You can't beat that!! You can also earn "hot cash" which you can use at a future date. If you are on their mailing list you get coupons. They have clothing for young and old. This is the only place my daughter buys her bras and panties. Staff is very friendly and helpful too.

If you are looking for plus sized clothing look no further! Clothes are great quality and last a long time. Also, the staff here is WONDERFUL! They take the time to help you and make you feel super comfortable when trying on clothes. Highly recommend!

Went shopping for my aunts and everyone from the managers to the associates were very helpful and caring. The manager Lucy and Jackie sure do know taste. Dont know what these negative comments are but its false. My experience with these ladys made my shopping easier then thought!! I recommend this store to all the ladies!

One of my favorite clothing brands, great clothes, staff, I get good deals through my rewards and sales, I think about 95% of my whole wardrobe is from Torrid!

I was in a hurry and popped in really quick. The clothes were gorgeous and the staff was very pleasant and accommodating.
