Service was nicer than Chick fil a. Went near closing and the staff were super friendly. Literally, everyone had a smile on their faces… customer service was warm and welcoming (even when they were in a training status).

Food was hands down… amazing! Can’t wait for the next experience here!

Best cookie EVER! Even got 3 more to take home. Haven't had anything I've disliked here but I keep going back to the buttered noodles with extra parm & extra seasoning- so simple but so delicious! Love the chicken pot stickers & cheesy garlic toast too. It was so good i didn't even get a picture before we started eating, lol!.

We visited this location today (5/13) around 7:15pm even with the locations POS systems down we were easily able to place our order online. The manager on the floor came out to check on us and was super friendly. The whole team working was very organized and fast! They were super busy and managed to get orders out one after the next. We were impressed. Great job team!

Noodles & Company is always great! But the customer service from the gentleman who helped us out during this visit was phenomenal. This location was also clean, which I really appreciate. This location will be our new go to Noodles & Co.

It was my first time eating here so I was a bit apprehensive, but Nathan provided world class customer service. He made sure I had everything I needed during my meal and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Nathan!

I reached out via online feedback about my experience at the store and never heard back. I called the location it self and had a wonderful experience with the manager Mickey. Not only did she make up for my previous unpleasant experience promptly, but she went above by being extremely kind, understanding, and apologetic. I hope she gets recognized for this. Been here many times and quality has always been consistent with the mac and cheese, penne rosa, pasta fresca, etc. Great spot!

Emily took my order and she did a perfect job. She was thoughtful and meticulous. I was incredibly impressed at the service offered at this location! Food was ready So quick, she said she would bring it to the car, but by the time we were done in the bathroom she was handing me the bag on my way out. Such a pleasant surprise. I always like to stop at this Noodles.

I've never seen a harder working group of people. Seeing how many orders they were juggling and how they were constantly moving and communicating, it was mind blowing. I give these guys so much credit for hustling so hard. They are a great team. Whoever the district manager is really needs to come to this location and recognize this crew.

A mistake was made while preparing my order. the staff was very apologetic, sincere, and did everything they could to make it right. It was a small error and I didn’t sweat it, but they offered me a free rice krispie. Multiple different staff members checked on me while I enjoyed my meal. Restores my faith in humanity. I know it’s something small and they’re doing their job, but I am so appreciative of peoples kindness and generosity. Thank you!!

The food is consistent and not bad for the price. What concerns me is that an hour before closing when I walked in the floor was being mopped and the food being put away. I had the feeling that everyone was in a hurry to get off work tonight, and I was in their way.
December 2018 update - I was contacted by the manager regarding this and she told me she appreciated the feedback and would work to create a better experience.

Mikey from the gurnee location was so sweet and kind to me while I was trying to figure out my order. They helped me out so much and made sure my order was correct. Thanks Mikey for being such a great human and employee!!

Great place to grab a meal. Staff is great. Food comes out at a reasonable speed. I think there is plenty on their menu for every noodle lover. Wife loves the penne rosa with chicken and I go for the Japanese pan noodles with steak.

Don't usually like noodles and company but this location was pleasant. I enjoyed what I ordered and the cashier and staff were quite friendly. I felt safe while being inside during this pandemic and felt that they really were following proper procedures.

This is a great place for fast food when you want to eat healthier & don't feel like having a salad. My favorite is their Japanese Pan Noodles with chicken with zucchini noodles added in. They recently added tortellini to their pasta options & their Garlic Cream Tortellini & Pesto Tortellini are delicious. This is a great alternative to other fast food during road trips.
