Amazing Customer Service! I really love the staff here, they’re really helpful and awesome. Not only they helped my family get what they needed, but also made special connections. Ricardo is the nicest person at the store, he really helped us out and I had a nice conversation with him. The best Buckle Store I have been too!

The store hits all the marks for me and is exactly my style since childhood!! I loved crossing skateboarding with surfing with Chicago! The only way to go for me is Buckle!! All the way!!

Greatest place to find men and women's Dude shoes. Able to insert casted molds into shoes from Dr. Hick's office in Gurnee, IL. Left inserts made from Dr. Hick's office, right are comfortable shoes from Buckle.

I went to the store for my birthday to buy myself some new clothes! I walked in and was greeted by a kind and polite young lady. Her name was Amy! She was super professional and helped me find what I was looking for. She didn't pressure me into buying something I wasn't interested in. She was beyond helpful! Normally when I go to the store I'm bombarded by employees and they're always pushing for me to buy stuff I don't like! Amy had Excellent customer service and helped me find what I was looking for! I definitely will be back!!!!

Always a fantastic store although I dare say this is more expensive for men's fashion but that's just the detail here with the clothes in general. Lots of variety and setup in a way that I can see things before I have to unfold them. A bit irksome seeing a camera ball that's able to see me in the dressing room.
