A variety of auto excessories including oil, antifreeze and cleaning supplies. Larger auto parts that I've looked up on their website were priced higher than I was willing to pay but if you need it right away they are convenient. You can order online and pick it up or have it delivered. I gave them five stars because they are very helpful and respectful to people who need assistance deciding which part or accessory is best for their specific car. Always a great experience when I've gone into the store even when I decided not to make a purchase.

Quinn was very courteous & helpful. I went in to get new wiper blades for my vehicle. He showed me the various choices available. When I paid for them I asked if I could pay a fee to get them installed. He told me there was no charge & he would gladly install them, which he did. I wanted to give him a small tip for helping me out which he refused. Wanted Quinn to get the recognition for a job well done. I will continue going to this Auto Zone for future needs!!

The employees there were incredibly helpful. Came out right away to use their reader to do a free check on my car since the check engine light was on. They proceeded to print off the report, talk me through it, and give a suggestion on what to do. Not only did they not charge me, they wouldn't even accept tips! Very generous of them, and they went out of their way to help me. Thank you very much for your courtesy and professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Service was amazing! Went in to buy bulbs to replace brake light and head light and was not sure exactly what we needed. The man working there was extremely helpful in finding the correct part. He even went out to my car and changed the bulbs and showed how to do it for when they burn out in the future. He was a HUGE help. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

My car was stalling at the most dangerous times. I pulled it to AutoZone and they scanned my computer for free. Sold me the sensor I needed to fix my engine for just 40 bucks. It only took me a few minutes and a 9 mm ratchet to switch out the sensor. Problem-solved fast & easy.

Drove my truck to the Auto Zone in Mundelein off of Lake Street for replacement wiper blades and headlamps, and the associate named Joey not only grabbed what I needed right away, but also helped put them onto my vehicle. This above and beyond customer service experience made for a great start to my day! Thanks again Joey, you’re awesome!!

After a nearby dealer service department attempted to gouge me with a bunch of unneeded and/or overpriced repairs, stopped by to purchase a new vehicle battery. They explained all available options, were friendly and charged a fair price. Battery was installed in less than 15 minutes. They also looked at the list of dealer service recommendations for me and provided much more guidance on the real "risk" of these repairs than the supposed expert at the dealer. Nathaniel in particular should be commended for his stellar customer service as he was able to same day get the part from another store and install a cabin filter for me that dealer was going to charge over $100. Will use again whenever possible.

Quin at this location went above and behind his duties. While other employees giggled and laughed he remained professional and helped my girlfriend find light bulbs for her vehicle and also helped put them in the vehicle. Very thankful for his service.

great location. i worked with Christian, he was extremely helpful. he helped replace my mom’s windshield wipers. very patient & kind. another employee helped as well, i didn’t catch his name though. very nice staff.

I had an issue with a recently installed battery (which was purchased at AutoZone in Villa Park) in one of my cars. I called the Mundelein store and the person on the other end told me to bring the car over and he would check it out. I met Jeff C. at the store and he checked the battery and found it had a defective cell. He changed the battery and checked the alternator and starter motor and found them all working well. Great service...very professional!

My husband went to our local AutoZone Auto Parts store, in Mundelein, to get window wipers for for his 2008 Acura MDX this morning and was helped by Quinn. Quinn gave him the info on each brand and prices. My husband went with Quinn's recommendation and Quinn then installed them. An all around good experience, said my man. Happy are we!

Quinn helped me replace my battery on my 2011 Civic Si. It was more difficult than anticipated. I really appreciate the help.

I went in yesterday because my car was acting funny and was helped by James. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He helped diagnose that I needed a new battery and then he helped by installing it in my car. Altogether it was a great experience with a great staff member that turned my stressful situation into an easy fix. I’ll definitely go back.

I've always had a great experience here, the staff was so nice and never hesitated to answer a question, help you find an item or order it if they don't have it in stock, and if it's an easy and quick fix, they'll offer to help you if they can see your not quite a mechanic. They was one guy who used to work there, not sure if he still does, but he was so funny, and his Texan accent was great, but if you couldn't speak Texan, you might have had trouble keeping up with him, he was great!!

Trying to replace my car’s headlight was a nightmare. Three other places in town gave me the run around and made it clear they didn’t want to do it because it was difficult to do for my model. Aaron at AutoZone in Mundelein not only did it efficiently, but he couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. Thank you!
