Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago Deer Park

I am not picky and a simple dude so keep that in mind...I thought it was an awesome price and had great quality. Everything was clean and the breakfast was awesome. I really liked the workout facility and there was a path around the hotel which was a quiet and really nice place to walk in a nice area. The service was friendly and I used their shuttle service to dropped off at my conference location by their friendly shuttle driver. I would definitely recommend and will use this location again!

There was a glitch with our 3rd party booking, but thanks to a helpful, understanding front desk personnel, our stay turned into a great experience. Nina was fabulous, personable and made us feel so welcome. We also noticed her being helpful to other customers and even helping a small child at the continental breakfast. The hotel was very nice, but she went above and beyond to make it great.

Our room was lovely. Comfy bed and pillows, our room even looked out to a small pond. All staff members very friendly and helpful (on phone, at check-in, evening when we returned from an event, in breakfast area, at checkout... everyone very nice). Breakfast made me happy (my fave is French toast), plus thank you for turkey sausage (I don't eat pork). Coffee, juice, all of it yummy. The ambience of the lobby sitting area was updated and nice; which I don't usually comment upon, but I just really liked it. Great job Deer Park! 👍

Great experience. I booked a room to attend my cousin's wedding. The room was amazing and continental breakfast was really good. If I did have one minor nitpick it would be the shuttle service to the wedding hall was running late. Other than that, thank you Hampton Inn!

Great location, CLEAN hotel! Very friendly front desk employee and breakfast was included. Pool was very clean as well as the hotel grounds. Even has a nice 2.5 mile walking trail! We moved to this hotel after experiencing the DIRTIEST one we've ever experienced at Sonesta Arlington Heights. This is our new go-to hotel for this area! Go Hampton!

Our family visited the Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago Deer Park August 18th and 19th. We were in town from Wisconsin for a wedding. I was amazed by the customer experience and service. It started with our way into town from Wisconsin. We were in need of an early check-in so that my one-year-old Granddaughter could rest prior to the pre wedding events that night. I called, expecting I would get the run around. Instead, I was greeted by a very kind helpful person that said, “we would be happy to accommodate that for you and your family”. You never get that response for early check in requests! We arrive to the Hotel and immediately we were greeted with smiles and kindness. Check in was quick and easy and the facility was clean and inviting. Whatever requests we had, the staff was accommodating with a smile. I was back and forth through the lobby several times each day and each time they greeted me and treated me and all my family like family. One of the nights I had a gathering in my suite of family members, we ordered pizza/ other food and realized we had no plates or utensils. I went to the front desk, two employees dropped what they were doing, with a smile and found got what we needed. Just one example of many of the employees making us feel at home. When I return to this area or anywhere close this will be where I stay. I highly recommend this Hotel to anyone staying in the area. Seems lately every hotel we have been staying in has been disappointing... until this one. The room was very nice. They even one-upped the breakfast with some unique choices.

We stay here whenever we visit the area. Location convenient to restaurants and stores. Room is always clean and well appointed. We get the king with couch. Roomy and very relaxing. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is OK.

Fantastic staff, especially our maid (Stefy). Otherwise typical excellent Hampton Inn. Convenient to Barrington area. Nice surroundings. Quiet.

The Hampton Inn and Suites in Deer Park was great! I just had my wedding this past Saturday (10/22/22) and we used this hotel for our rooms. They were more than accommodating. All of my guests said nothing but good things. The service was amazing. Nina and Amy were AMAZING. They took such good care of us and made us feel like they always had our backs. I loved the experience we had there and would recommend this hotel anytime. Thank you Nina and Amy! ❤

Nice clean rooms, microwave, mini fridge, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. Breakfast was good. Had scrambled eggs, waffles, donuts, toast, bagels, coffee, juices, oatmeal. You can never go wrong staying at a Hampton

Here fir an extended time due to storm damage to home. Very helpful and friendly staff. Unheralded breakfast staff excellent. Big star is Amy at the front desk. Proactively helpful. You should get a big pay raise or promotion. You have made our stay better than bearable. Well done!!!

My husband and I, as well as our wedding guests, stayed here on our wedding night. Everything went smoothly and we really appreciate the shuttle service accommodating us straggling :). The staff was really responsive and efficient with carrying out requests. The one negative is there wasn't a note or any special touches in the room but I guess that would be something you have to ask for separately.

We were here for 2 nights. We reached here amidst the snow storm. All the staff were very friendly. We received excellent service. Good hot breakfast. Pleased to find coffee service 24 hrs at the front desk. Kept me going. The staff went extra mile to provide us the super special service.

This Hampton Inn is perfect if you're visiting family at Deer Park Village since its right across the street. The rooms/suites are reasonably priced for this locality. When I stayed there the week on November 15th, the hotel was very clean and quiet. The hotel facilities are very well maintained. They have a large lounge/dining area for the complimentary breakfast. The breakfast is the standard scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, and potatoes plus all the regular cold items such as fruit, cereal, yogurt, etc. I really liked the availability of coffee and ice water in the lobby/reception area throughout the day. They have a self-service laundry room if you need to wash clothes. I made use of their in-house snack store for ice cream and candy. It hotel is very close to the main shopping area in Deer Park on Rand road and there are also dozens of restaurants nearby.

Jeremie (?) working the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We checked into our room and discovered the bulb was out in the bathroom. Maintenance was not available until the next morning. We were comped a couple of drinks and Jeremie made sure maintenance was up first thing (7a.m.) in the morning. The staff as a whole were friendly and our room was very clean. Thanks for the great service.

Amazing staff! Amy and Nina were so very helpful in helping us plan where to go, what to see, and how to get there. Clean and comfortable stay while in Chicago. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast options were varied leaving everyone satisfied.

The room was clean, I appreciated the accommodation of my preferred room location. There were a few things that I felt could have been better.
1. The air conditioner was a bit spastic (inconsistently cooled) an no option for fan on only/always.
2. The breakfast left much to be desired. There were some snacks and a "grab and go" breakfast box (with room temperature preserved, plastic wrapped english muffin egg sandwiches) but that was it.

Other than these two things, I was very happy with the stay, the staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean, my room was in excellent condition, and the staff was very responsive!

Awesome and very clean. Complimentary coffee all day. Only complaint is its WAY TOO HOT. Every thermostat I saw was set to 75⁰ - 78⁰ so you definitely work up a sweat walking to your room with your coat on and carrying your bags

My family and I had to sleep in a hotel due to our floors needing to be redone. We live across the street, so we chose this hotel because it was so close. We had three rooms, and they were lovely. The staff is incredibly nice, everything is super clean. Hot water all the time. We loved this hotel & will definitely return
