Quick Movers did a phenomenal job! They were not only quick, but prompt, professional, meticulous and polite. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Easiest move I’ve ever had.

I always get great service from the staff. They are friendly, helpful, and polite. There is always plenty of staff around to assist customers.

Keep up the good work on the mobile App. So many companies have apps that are really awful but the U-Haul app is easy to use and effective.

We had nothing but a good experience renting a trailer from this location. They were plenty friendly, fast, and efficient. They hooked the trailer up for me which was nice so I didnt have to worry if I did it right. We definitely plan to use them again in the future if we need too. Thank you!

Mat was an absolute lifesaver when another uhaul branch made multiple mistakes on my one-way move. After spending 2 hours on hold with customer service, I decided to just bring the truck to his location. I anticipated there would be further issues, but he made it quick and painless. Fast and easy and the store was organized and the customers were well taken care of by the staff! Great place to get the stuff you need!

Place was clean and it was easy to pickup and return the cargo van that I reserved. I returned the van after hours and was able to use the uhaul mobile app to process the return.

Blair was awesome, great customer service... genuinely a nice guy...store very well organized and Clean...thanks great job...will be back.

Ordered a hitch online from there site and had them install it when it came in. Sandra couldn’t of been nicer. She called me an hour or so after I placed the order online. Surprisingly, she was pulling into work at 6am when I was going to drop it off for a 9 am install. They don’t open till 7 or 8. She took my keys and said she would call when it was ready. GreT experiance

Had a hitch installed on my Jeep today. I could not leave my vehicle so I had to stay and wait. They told me it would take about 3 hours, and it took about 2.5 hours. They were very accommodating; had fast guest WiFi and a little area for me to sit. One of the women even offered up her office for me to sit and relax in. It doesn’t take a lot to please me, but my time there was good. Very happy to have my hitch installed.

If you have to stay for a hitch install just connect to the WiFi, bring headphones, and watch YouTube. You’ll be good to go.

I was a more than a little concerned after reading all of the negative reviews but found the facility to be clean, the equipment was clean and ready to go and most importantly the staff were friendly and efficient. I dealt with 5 different employees between the desk, shop (help w/my hitch and electrical) and the yard and each was helpful and pleasant to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to rent equipment from this location in the future.

I have rented from this location 2 times. Both times they were very pleasant. in and out in about 15 minutes, and had the equipment i needed. I live downtown chicago and its worth it to spend the extra money on mileage to work with this location instead of the less than honest companies in the city. I definitely recommend this location.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I needed a custom hitch installed. They got to it right away and it was finished under 45 minutes. Location is great with lots of parking.

Ordered a trailer hitch to be installed at another store near me, Parts Were Somehow sent to the Fox Valley store. I made sure they had everything I needed, got me in immediately and did an excellent job in record time to take care of me. Best U-Haul place I've ever used.

We were in a pinch. A top mounted bicycle rack did not arrive through a delivery service as promised. Last resort was a trailer hitch. This U-Haul facility was a bee hive of activity today. Several parents were in and out adding the electrical wiring systems to their previously mounted trailer hitches. You would think in a cloud of fussy parents and truck rentals tensions would rise. But the staff at this facility stayed friendly and delivered fast service. Remarkable. To say the least!

Super clean and convenient. Even the "donate" area is clean. Loading and unloading areas with different heights to accommodate various vehicle heights.

We had to go to this location due to an issue with our truck being broken at a different location, and Bryan was WONDERFUL. He was very accommodating and did his best to make up for the issues with the other location, even though he had nothing to do with those problems. i would highly recommend using this place.
