My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I love the fact that they was no carpet! Julie, at the from desk, was friendly and very helpful! From check-in to checkout, she was attentive and always friendly! Walking distance to a variety of restaurants was a huge plus as well!

A clean room, comfortable bed, low rates, & friendly folks at the front desk make the Collinsville Days Inn a winner. It is a bit dated, and yes some of the furniture is worn, but I'm not sure what some guests are expecting in this price range. You're staying at a Days Inn, not some luxury hotel for a pampered experience. I've paid more to stay in worse rooms.

Even the breakfast was decent with biscuits & gravy and waffles. If that doesn't suit you, there's plenty of other options nearby.

Based on my visit, I would consider staying here again when in Collinsville.

This Days Inn was perfect for our needs. We had a festival at the Gateway Convention Center, which is literally around the corner. There are so many nearby restaurants (Agavero's was yummy!), it was an easy drive to and from the St. Louis aiport and the Gateway Arch. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. For some reason, the electrical outlet by the bathroom sink did not work, but it wasn't an issue for us. I let the nice woman know upon check-out. Check-in and check-out were super easy and the woman (sorry I didn't catch her name) was so friendly. We didn't go into the pool or have any of the breakfast, but there was always someone enjoying the indoor pool and the breakfast area always looked clean. The wifi was excellent! I had to work for several hours and had no issues with my Zoom calls. Our room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfy. It was great to have a microwave and fridge in the room in addition to a full-length mirror!!! We would definitely stay here again when we are in the St. Louis/Collinsville area.

The lady at the desk last night was awesome and super kind. If I'm in the area again will definitely stay there again. Room was well stocked and clean.

Great place, pool could of been a little bigger, but it was ok for us. I have Wyndham rewards but I have forgot my password and can't get it to pull up anymore.

A great stay. Clean, really quiet, room was cool with AC running when we walked in. Kudos to the staff.

I wanted to shoutout the staff for being so awesome! The housekeeper found my pants that I left in my room about 3 min after I checked out. Looks like my room was next and then called down to the front desk and had Jessica run out twice. One to find me and the second to hand me the pants. It was 30 degrees outside!! Also The rooms were clean and I’d come back for the service

This is the best affordable hotel I've been in. The relationship between what you pay and the room/service is excellent. The personnel was amazing; very kind and helpful with everybody. Everything, everywhere, is very clean. The room is big and comfortable. Everything in it is in good working conditions. The breakfast is OK. The pool is very small but the water is very warm! Location was good for us because we were participating in activities in St. Louis. My wife and I were very comfortable in this "affordable" hotel. We would stay there again when traveling to St. Louis (about 30 minutes).

I had an issue at check in with a 3rd party booking app to no fault of the hotel at all. Billy the manager was awesome she didn't complain one bit about the issue and helped me through it. Room was clean and well maintained, pool was nice. Plenty of food options nearby and 15 minutes from St. Louis.

Our stay was only 1 night, but already have another stay booked in a month and a half. The front desk staff were all friendly, helpful and made sure our check in and check out were quick. The room looked like it had been redone recently as older photos showed carpet in the room and we had laminate flooring. The bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi was absolutely amazing!

Very pleasant front desk personnel. Facility is very clean and quiet. Room was also clean and appointed with standard amenities that one would expect. The morning breakfast bar service was very good! Good value for the price. Overall, they've kept the facility nicely regardless of its age. Thank you!

Good price for a place to lay your head. Room smelled very clean. It could use some better cleaning around the headboard on the floor but it wasn't a big deal. Nice hot shower. Very friendly staff. This is my second time here and will probably be my go to when I stay in Collinsville.

Edit: I've stayed here about
10 times now and it's still a good place for the night.

We had a great stay here. Room was roomy, room was clean and smelled clean. Jessica at front desk was very nice, building was clean. No noise at night. If we were to pass through this area again we would stay here again. Our deposit was returned quickly as well.

This hotel is great! The lady at the front counter was super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. She even warned me there might be an issue with water pressure in my room and asked me to check it before I accepted the room. I checked and it was fine. The room itself is cozy and you can tell the staff here take pride in what they do. Thank you one and all at Days Inn for a wonderful stay tonight!

Five stars but not a five star hotel, but would still recommend. It may not be a Hilton, but (mostly) clean room, comfy (but a little squeaky) bed, and the maintenance team probably isn't the best, but the staff are nice, convenient location and good room. Have stayed here before and likely will again.

Biggest complaints would probably be the TV is incredibly tiny and there's no outside seating area.

Really friendly service. Jessica was working the front desk when we checked in and both mornings we were there and she did a fantastic job making us feel welcome. Rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was hot and stocked. This is where we will be staying when we come to Collinsville from now on!

It's obviously not the best western hotel some reviewers expect, but it has everything you need to end a busy day and start the next: microwave, coffeemaker, wireless, fridge, iron/board, alarm clock, climate control.
Thoughts:
One stairwell had a stale cigarette aroma, and the pool looked a bit green, but both of these are easily fixed.
If you're a light sleeper on any floor but the 3rd, you may not like the fact that the floors are hard.
That said, I like that the checkout time is a bit later than usual at noon, and breakfast lasts 4 hours.
On check-in I was provided an instructional printout that I could tell someone spent time and care to make. My room was clean and had a pleasant smell.
I like the way the hotel incentivizes housekeeping staff by holding a drawing with a card for each staff member's assigned room that the guest returns to confirm approval. The front desk person, Jess, was helpful. And all the staff I encountered were friendly.
I can tell this hotel makes an effort to welcome guests with what is in their power and I appreciate that.

Phone in the room doesn't work, toilet clogged the first night. Waiting to see how they do with resolving it. Addendum: The staff were very speedy and professional, amazing job getting it all resolved. There are always going to be problems no matter where you go, how the staff deal with those problems is a real mark of service. Thanks for all the hard work, we appreciate it
