Loyalty Inn Maryville

Since new management things have changed so much since last year.

Bad reviews and stars from a year ago with the old management are now irrelevant compared to new management in 2024.

New management is working really hard to fix up and make this a better place.

New management very nice. Clean rooms. They address any concerns whenever you ask. They are really invested and trying very hard to make this a better hotel than it used to be and it's working.

I have a lot of faith in this place now and would recommend to friends and others. 5 stars for sure.

Location convenient too because it's right on the border of both Collinsville and Maryville. On one end you have collinsville and the other Maryville. Both amazing towns with many things to do and stores etc..

Staff was very helpful and accommodating...the room we were given was very spacious and clean. Just an easy going and very affordable place to stop and stay...plenty of food, grocery, and gas options close by...plenty of parking....
All around well worth the money, and we will definitely be back to stay in the near future....👍

I honestly had low expectations for this establishment. It's 50-60$ a night, you assume you're not getting much. Driving up, it's about what was expected. When I entered the room, however, I was floored. The room was as nice as any hotels I've been too. Very clean, looked recently updated... Granted, I was essentially only using the room for the bed as my business kept me out from 0900-2300, but that's neither here nor there. If I'm in the area again, I know where I'm staying.

Fantastic place very accommodating and the older gentalman at the front desk is absolutely awesome I really enjoyed my stay here and hope they are around for a long time I will stay here anytime I'm in town

Very nice place, beds comfortable, it was clean,
Neighbors were loud later at night but thsts not the hotels fault

I wasn't expecting much,but this stay was nice. Room was clean,(besides someone's leftover pickle) lol. No bedbugs!!
