We did the service and burial with Thompson and kuenster funeral home for grandmother and they were incredibly helpful since this was my family's first major loss, they treated us like family and took care of everything, the owner a kind man even played with my younger sister.

To Bob and Maureen and staff: Thank you for helping us complete the arrangements for my precious mother. You were also there for us when my uncle passed last year. You were very responsive and answered our inquires rapidly, which gave us peace of mind. I would recommend your services to anyone.

No one took more loving care of the arrangements then Bob. My mom loved christmas, Bob put up one of his huge beautiful christmas trees for her wake, in july.
When my husband passed, Bob did everything. It was the perfect "see ya later". Never say good-bye.
Then my dad, he was one of a kind. He use to tell Bob "I WANT THE CHEAPEST" But he got the best.

I wanted the most simple of ceremonies for the recent passing of my father. My mother and brother were buried through TKFH so I felt comfortable going back for my father. I met with Bob and we talked over pricing for what I wanted to be done. After receiving their proposal I called another home just to check the pricing and found TKFH to be over $6,000 dollars higher than what I received at the other funeral home doing the exact same things.
Having gone through this, I can not tell you the disappointment I feel in this establishment .

Went Monday to my friends wake here looked horrible. Dan was a tall guy it looked like he was stuffed into a casket way to small for him that his head was resting on a pillow on the edge of the casket way too high, had orange toned makeup on his white skin imagine what that looked like, his cuticles and under his nails looked like dried in blood that wasn't washed also hand make up was light didn't match face and his hair looked greasy ,dirty not clean I'm appauled to see my friends last viewing in this manor!

They never picked up the phone for a removal at 1030pm for a prearranged hospice removal. Poor service.
