While the wait was long (cold and flu season), the care was excellent. The NP I saw was very caring and took her time to listen intently. The staff really went above and beyond to get me on the road to feeling better.

I don’t normally make reviews, but this location was very dirty. It seemed as if they hadn’t dusted anything in years. All the tables in the waiting area were crusty with various fluids. Many of the employees seemed far from healthy. For it being a healthcare facility, it’s concerning.

Dr Johnston's bedside manner is atrocious. I had to find a new primary because mine retired. He took me off all meds cold turkey I went through such bad withdraw I lost my job. Nurse practitioner very aloof and did not care to hear why I was on the meds I was on. Dr Johnston rolled his eyes at me when I told him why my body is broken
