Springfield Clinic Main Campus East

Went here to be seen as a new patient / find a new primary doctor. My experience was wonderful. Dr Lytchakov was so nice and pleasant to work with. I was taken in very quickly. He listened and noted all of my complaints and problems that I told him, and recommended some medication to help. He was very informative and thorough. I am thankful to have gone here and had such a great experience! Normally I have terrible hospital/doctors experiences, but that is not the case here!

Excellent customer service from start to finish. I was very satisfied with the manner of the
treatment I received. The environment inside and out was very clean. Inside was cool, calm, noiseless, furnished, organized, and functional.
All the employees who attended to me, , from the entrance into the building all the way to the physician assistant at the 3rd floor who attended to me, were all courteous, competent and diligent.
I will recommend Springfield Clinic for ones healthcare needs.

Today, I had my 1st visit with nurse practitioner, Lisa Carney. I felt like i was in good hands in her care. She knows her stuff! She's in Dr. Woodson's office. Both are very knowledgeable & highly skilled professionals. Thank you!

As always my experience was excellent. The staff were friendly, efficient and professional. I was checked in promptly, waited less than 10 minutes to be called back and I was seen by Tara in Dr. Lytchakov’s office within minutes. She did not rush thru, but took as much time as was needed to listen to me and answer all my questions.

Dr. Idelle Woodson and her entire team, Lisa, Becky, and Mary, go above and beyond to be professional, thorough, kind, considerate and timely. I'm so thankful to have met this GREAT Team. I could never say enough good things about all of them.

I see a few different doctors in the main campus buildings. All of them have been very nice and patient with me. This particular visit was with internal medicine. My docs NP saw me and made sure I understood everything she suggested and why. She noted that I already had labs done for another doc so she based her stuff on those, saving me a needle stick. She suggested that we reconvene in a few weeks to redo some x-rays if my cough still hasn't gone away but made sure that I was OK with that decision.

I appreciate the respect as that hasn't always been the case before I switched to springfield clinic.

I went in for a physical exam today. I am having surgery soon. I got my blood work and EKG after my appointment so it was completed in just under 30 minutes. Efficiency!!

Springfield Clinic has always provided top notch care. From the time I walk in the building to the time I leave, I know that I will be heard and provided with excellent healthcare. Ashlie Long is the provider I usually see and I cannot praise her more. She listens, thoroughly explains everything, and provides excellent patient care. In a world where it seems like customer service is deteriorating, it is nice to know that that is definitely not the case at Springfield clinic.

I was in the office for a 2pm appointment with NP Ashlie Long for a conversation about 2-previous tests performed. She was very thorough in explaining results found and I was very comfortable speaking with her. Thank you. 🙂😉.

Top notch from the top down and in every direction. That’s why it was highly unusual for the staff performing my EKG this morning being openly aggravated. Out loud sighing, terse tone - as if I interrupted her morning. Maybe she was just having a bad day. I just cooperated and cut the small talk. Still 5 stars.

I went in for a recheck after having influenza B last week. I was examined and give a clean bill of health. It was fast and easy.

Saw Lisa Carney, after she read through my chart and checked me over, ordered sinus x-ray & blood work up. Now I wait, but felt better after I saw her…hoping the x-ray & blood work up finds out what causing my problems.

For my first time visiting everything was explained very clearly and I felt welcomed, the facility is very clean which made it easier to feel comfortable

Everything went perfect. Check in was painless and I was seen promptly. NP was thorough but didn't drag on. Shot was quick and painless. Lab for blood draw was super fast and efficient.

All staff was polite. Doctor was thorough. Tests were ordered and completed within 45 minutes. Callback came same day with results and instructions.

There is very little wait time at the doctors’ office. They are ready for my visit. If follow up is needed in a different dept. they are instrumental in helping me acquire the appointment for that visit.
I am always treated with dignity!

The nurse practitioner listened and interacted with my concerns. I appreciated her thoroughness and care.

Miss Tara was very concerned about my wife’s health and explained very clearly that she was going to get through this tough situation. Very positive and incredibly helpful lady. 👍🏻🤗

From the time I walked in, the receptionists were happy and nice! The nurse that called me back she was the sweetest! Lisa the nurse practitioner was wonderful she listened was helpful and explained. I didn't feel rushed or looked at as if I was just crazy. They sincerely cared!

Always have the best care with Tara with Dr. McAfee in Internal Med. Also had a mammogram and the tech there, I forgot her name, was the best! Very professional
