From the moment I drove in, I was immediately greeted and they put protective covers on my seat and floor mats. The service guy, Brad, was thorough, courteous and overall super helpful. When my vehicle was done, I was sent a text message link with details of the work needed to be done, as well as details on other items I should consider having done. Overall, they created a well-rounded service experience.

Five stars for Edgar, he did a fantastic job. Only complaint is about adding the cost of dealer accessories that already had been installed but I didn't want. Those were not in the advertised price of the vehicle. I was able to negotiate the final cost with the manager.

I spoke with Vinod the manager who got the ball rolling immediately. I explained what our needs were for our college daughter.
Uzair Gill who was our product specialist was patient & understanding. Their customer service was outstanding. We have never purchased a Nissan before.

This was my first visit here. I own a 2000 Nissan Frontier 4x4 with a 5 speed stick. I'm the original owner and I take good care of my vehicles. To look at it you would never guess this truck is turning 24 years old in the next few days.
I NEVER go to a dealership for parts, I always have felt looked over and treated like I was dumb, maybe because I'm a woman, who knows?!
But after trying two different auto parts stores with no luck and being told I should try a Nissan dealership I bit the bullet and drove over.
This is when I met Brad, Brad is awesome!!
He went out of his way to try and find a Nissan part that was compatible with my old truck ..(most smaller items I may need they no longer make, which can be a problem)...but Brad listened to me and he kept searching. Even going as far as climbing into my truck to make sure he was ordering the right one. Then to top it off, it was the last part in Chicago, so I had him grab it.
Within 24 hours, they had the part for me and it was in my truck....WOW!
Now that's what I call service. If I could find a friendly "Brad" at all dealerships maybe I wouldn't be so gun shy of them.

Edgar helped us today he was very friendly and attentive the whole time, he make sure we keep ourselves warm with a coffee due to the cold weather in Illinois. He was awesome helping us the entire time we were at the dealer .

Linda was very helpful in securing the vehicle we wanted. She went the extra mile to help us and did it in an expeditious way! When my husband and I walked in to the dealership, Jose greeted us. He was very personable and kind. He helped us to get what we wanted in our new Pathfinder. After leaving Jose, we went to meet with Ken about undercoating and protecting our new vehicle. He made us feel comfortable. This part was pretty painless. Once done with that, we then went in to see Mike in Finance. He was a down to earth person and was very kind. He knew his stuff and offered 0% financing. He made our document signing easier than we’ve ever experienced in the past.
I’m not going to say that the process went any faster, it was just was less painful. We can actually say the people that are working at Gerald Nissan are a great bunch of people who seem more like a family! Thank you. It was a pleasure? Never thought I’d say that!
