My experience with American Freight was awesome! i called yesterday and the lift chair was delivered the next day! the sales reps were really great and then delivery as well as the delivery folks were so polite and made sure everything was done and it and sure worked and that I was happy😊

Great experience! Researched online. After a quick functional check and looking at a few other options on-site, the staff loaded my new oven in the car within 2 minutes!

Zach gave great customer service as we walked in he greeted us and asked if we needed help with anything. He made the financing process very simple and easy. We walk out with a great living room set at reasonable price!

We just purchased a refrigerator and a dishwasher today, we are waiting on delivery and to install the dishwasher, so I cannot speak to the products as of yet, but the salesmen were wonderful to work with. Jordan answered all questions and gave us space to look without being pushy or pressuring us. Based off the shopping experience, we would highly recommend.

Awesome customer service, very friendly gentlemen and even though I was only approved for a certain amount for financing they were able to work with me to help me get the fridge I have been wanting. Process was fast and easy. We were able to take the fridge right home with us. Thank you American Freight!!!

I chose to buy from American Freight after reading reviews of good customer service when things went wrong (as they can sometimes do when buying open box). Those reviews were consistent with my experience, which I would like to share with you.

1) We bought a Whirlpool oven from them. Turns out, it was a 7 year-old model (I wished they'd told us!). It had issues within a month of purchasing it. Whirlpool refused to honor the warranty (long story). American Freight tried to get them to honor the warranty - still no luck. So American Freight allowed us to swap out that model for any other model in their inventory. They found one we liked at another store, arranged to have it dropped off at our house (and the other one picked up), all at no cost to us.

2) We bought a fridge from them. The salesman offered to swap out the scratched handles for nicer handles on a different model. I took pictures of both, just to be safe. When the fridge was delivered, the original/scratched handles were still on it. I called the store, and they sent somebody out to change it to the right handles without any hassle.

So, yes, there is some risk in buying open box. But American Freight stands by there products with impeccable customer service - you can buy with confidence, imo.
