McDonald's

Just had a most wonderful experience with a girl named April miloncus She was so wonderful. They are lucky to have her at McDonald's..Not only did she help me with my order, she Has the most wonderful smile. That's what we need in these fast food places, people that care.

Hubby and I enjoyed our experience with this restaurant very much. Our friends enjoyed their meal also. I ordered a vegetarian dinner platter that was delicious and full of flavor...rice, refried beans and tortilla that came hot to our table. Hubby had a non- vegetarian dinner platter that arrived hot; he said everything that was on his plate...rice, refried beans, tortilla and meat was delicious and flavorful and that he could have eaten more. We will be back!

Ordered online for the office, the order was great with the exception of my missing breakfast, I called and spoke to Inesha, she was incredibly understanding and even went out of her way to make things right. I hope her bosses know what an asset she is to the store!

The employees here have good attitudes.. considering they deal with BAD CUSTOMERS.

Picked up food here for a friend, nice service

This is probably my favorite McDonald's. I rarely get slow service, but if I do, they are polite about it.

I went one time when they had two people at 6:30 during breakfast and they apologized a bunch but still got everything out in a timely manner.

This is one of the better McDonalds I have ever been in. It's staff is typically friendly and the management team has been there for a while. They are typically quick with service and the only issues that I have really ran into with this location is the unfriendly parking lot arrangement. It's best to park in the parking spots near the gas station side versus the Sonics side due to the drive-thru quickly overcumbering the parking spots on that side shich make it inconvenient to get out in a timely manner.

Food hot, accurate order, did have to wait and pull up in drive through but friendly service and wait wasn't long.

I didn't realize that counter next to the food bin was actually a seating area for employees but she looked comfy. Two customers came in to get their orders corrected. My sandwich was undercooked. Fries also not cooked correctly.. If you could dodge the puddle next to the drink dispenser you could manage to get a drink . I came here because every table at the clear lake store had yet to be cleaned. Bad choice.

Though our order was given to the car ahead of us Diana assistant manager I think was on point, got our order to us hot and fresh.
Was busting her butt to get everybody's order out promptly..
She even had time to go get her manager out of the parking lot....

Hats off to her service in high-stress situations

Very nice place with a number of terrific workers who are very courteous and friendly. I often go about everyday and will continue. My second home and new family.

Was hungry for breakfast. Food was hot and fresh. Very friendly service.

Very BUSY, but... Kept the line moving.

And, everyone seemed professional and hard-working. On top of all of that, they were accurate on all of the orders that went out; including mine.

Very rare to see this from a McDonald's

Got through drive-thru in a reasonable amount of time, especially considering they had EMT's there to help someone. Fries were fresh and food order made correctly. What else can you ask for with McDonald's?

Great food and great prices!
