I don’t understand why this hotel is only rated 3.9 stars. For this price, the service and room quality are beyond exceptional, definitely deserving of a five-star rating! From the moment I walked in, the front desk gentleman made me feel like I was basking in the warmth of spring with his gentle and attentive service. They offer heated cookies, and you can even choose your favorite floor and room. The hotel provides an incredibly detailed introduction to its amenities. The corridors are impeccably clean, the pillows are perfectly sized, and the room is spotless. The environment is wonderfully quiet and serene. Highly recommended!

Chose as several reviews said 'older but clean' and other hotels in the area had bad reviews for cleanliness. We had a great one night stay. Everything was clean and the decor/rooms were not old and dingy, they had modern art and looked like a relatively recent remodel. Had a really good dinner at the steakhouse attached. I will say the center hallway carpets were worn, but not a concern for me. Would stay again for sure.

I have no big complaints about the hotel. There are no microwaves. Sometimes other guests can be loud in the hallways. Otherwise, this is a good stay. Great gym and restaurant inside (a bit pricey, though). Overall: 94 of 100

fantastic hotel, was clean, quiet, easily accessible to highway. the restaurant inside was good too I ordered takeout from there and it was amazing.

Very nice stay. Bed was extremely comfortable. Could tell it was an older hotel… though not an issue, mini fridge did look old and beat up. By no means a complaint here…. As I said, my stay was great. Just constructive feedback for the hotel: perhaps a bit of updating would import e overall look of rooms.

Your facility was able to accommodate all160 employees who were in attendance. The staff, food, and service were all outstanding. Everything was well-organized. Recommendations made from the hotel helped our event to run smoothly. During the entire event, your staff catered to our needs. We couldn't have asked for better hospitality!

Excellent staff is very super. The outdoor patio was very nice. Awesome place to stay. The staff even left a special personal gift for me. I have stayed here for weeks. Love staying here. Special thanks to the wonderful staff.

If I could give this hotel 1000 stars I would! Myself, sister, and nephews stayed here from 4/7/23 until 4/9/23 and the service was immaculate. Anya/Onya (so sorry I don’t know the spelling) checked us in and she was wonderful our entire first evening. We had a few minor issues with our room (first room only had one bed and we needed two) she immediately transferred us to another room. Second, the fridge in the room did not work, I called down and she promptly sent someone up to take a look at it. That someone was Ron — he was so kind to my sister and I. We asked him where we could microwave our food because our room did not have a microwave and he went and got us a microwave for our room! Anya and Ron made this the best hotel experience I’ve ever had in my nearly 32 years of life. Honestly, all of the staff was great. The ladies who worked in Porters in the morning during breakfast were also wonderful! My nephews are on the spectrum and have special needs and the Porters staff was so kind and accommodating. Whenever I come home, this establishment will be my preferred hotel. Whoever is in charge of hiring has a true knack for choosing wonderful people to represent Doubletree. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Every staff person i interacted with was exceptional. Truly some of the best service I have had at a hotel. The elevator repair company was... not awesome but the desk staff did a wonderful job resolving the issue. Room as expected from a Doubletree- great bed. Absolutely will be my go-to in this area. Insanely clean too- especially for a convention ish hotel. Highly recommend.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were pretty nice besides a little mold in the bathroom on the wallpaper. The courtyard was absolutely beautiful with lots of landscaping, a grill and a fire pit that ran all night long (and maybe all day?). The pool looked pretty nice, but we weren't able to use it due to time. The restaurant looked nice as well, but was closed before we got there and didn't have time in the morning. Pillows were hit and miss, but plenty to choose from. All around very pleasant stay.

I had a weekend getaway for my granddaughters and we all were VERY happy with the stay. First of all the cookies are to die for. My mouth is drooling now on the keyboard just thinking about them. The girls swam and slept like logs on the comfy bed in the room. Sunday morning Porter's the adjoining restaurant had a buffet breakfast filled with high quality tasty food both hot and cold. Not to forget the Starbucks coffee or assortment of teas available. Kudos to Kiele who provided top notch assistance in helping me at Porters. We will return and I will probably fast first so I won't feel guilty about eating the great cookies and Porters steak.

Hotel staff friendly and accommodating. Beds & pillows were great. They had rolling racks available. Requested a fridge in room & they brought one in. Missed the microwave though. Everything was clean. Parking free. If going to the convention center, it's super close & walkable.

it is a hidden gem. Nice spacious lobby. Front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Room is clean, with relatively larger space, nice comfortable beds providing a restful sleep after a busy day with family & friends. The hotel is pet friendly. My dog loved this place as there is a lot of space to walk and run. Just make sure you pick up after your pet so as not to ruin the nice surrounding of the hotel.

Quick check in with a two person staff. Rooms are up to Hilton excellence in cleanliness and comfort. Great little glass door fridge chilling at 45 degrees.

I was attending a conference. It was convenient, clean, and had friendly staff.

This property’s staff is very warm and welcoming which is important to me as a well traveled Diamond Member. I’m certainly looking forward to future yearly stays at this property. It’s an awesome location with very caring and professional staff which makes for the perfect home away from home while working. Thank you “REGINA JEWELL” from the front desk for taking care of my noise complaint and following up to ensure it was resolved! I highly recommend this property and will return next year with my colleagues!

Staff is great and will do what they can to assist. Monday night was a slow night, so I don't expect a lot out of anyone. Rooms are good sized, but a bit older and could use some TLC. Sink didn't drain well, but the tub did so that's better. Shower worked okay and was adequate. Towels were nice. Bed was a bit too hot for me, but normally it would have been just fine.

Television is WAY TOO SMALL (come on guys, a 30" just doesn't cut it anymore...) but I only watched about 15 minutes of it anyways.

Coffee makers should definitely be updated, because DAMN. Anyway, they make coffee. It was decent.

Best customer service ever for a person who has a disability. Staff was kind and went out of their way to help me check in, get to my room, assist me with ordering an evening meal. Just wonderful. Thank you Doubletree Collinsville for your kindness.

I'm not really going to say too much about this except they're awesome and I worked there but to be completely honest you have to set the tone and their atmosphere is great the good morning the good news I just love it.
