Fairfield Inn St. Louis Collinsville, IL

If I could give this place ten stars for service I would. I was on a cross-country trip and had driven 900 miles in arrived late last night with a reservation. However, the reservation was inaccurate. I had not reconfirmed and the manager went out of her way to make this very easy for me. They could have easily turned me away. I really appreciated the kindness. The hotel itself is nice, and the location is super convenient on the Illinois side of St Louis.

We would stay here again because of the hospitality of Joseph who greeted us at the end of a long day. He was able to answer all of our many questions. He represented all of the wonderful reasons that Marriott is our brand of choice.

Stayed here with family while visiting St. Louis. Very positive experience and impressed overall with my stay. The facilities were very well maintained. Decor seemed fairly new and updated. Indoor pool somewhat small, but kids still loved it. Staff was very helpful. I asked for extra towels in the pool and they were very accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was good for the price. My cheese omelet, veggie patty, and waffle were just fine. Food presentation looked very clean. It seems Marriott strives to maintain a certain standard among their hotels and I’d gladly give them business.

Was a quick stay. Just an overnight place to sleep in preparation for a dance competition at the Gateway Center, right across the street. Hotel is perfectly located to restaurants, Wal-Mart, etc. Hotel was nice, quiet, clean and comfortable. Pool was good too. Would stay here again. Very clean shower head. Last hotel, not this one, had a lot of calcium build up on the shower head. Very nice people

I found this hotel to be clean and priced appropriately. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. I think it was Diane who helped the most. I accidentally left my phone in the room after checking out. Diane went out of her way to recover my phone and then use my FedEx account to get it back to me quickly. Service like that is priceless and it’s why I’m a Titanium Elite Lifetime member of Marriott. Thank you for your outstanding service.

very clean, easy check in, good breakfast.We were offered water on check it. Beeakfast was good, the coffee is was hot. The beds were clean and very comfortable. Pillows were nice. The TV worked well. Bathrooms were clean and clearly just redone. Soap and shampoo were all nice. over all a great experience

The night manager Mary was incredible. Very nice and helpful. The pool was a good temperature. And the room was nice and clean, with plenty of pillows and towels already stocked. We drove through that town on our way home to NC and didn't get to the Hotel until about 3 in the morning so it was nice to be all set already and not have to walk around asking for pillows. :) Thanks Mary!! :)

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The establishment was immaculating cleaned; as well as our room was tidy and very clean. The bathroom lay out was like staying at a upper room hotel ; loved it all and very quite and bed was comfortable so me and my husband had a great night sleep.

A very pleasant hotel, close enough to St Louis to drive in, but far enough away that you have plenty of parking and not the noise and traffic. Staff was courteous and professional. Rooms are clean and everything works. Plenty of food choices close by and an easy out to northbound I 55.

Really great! Located 15 mins from St Louis. Dozens of restaurants and stores within a mile. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and breakfast was hot and ready every morning. Would definitely return again!

Staff is super friendly!! I have dyed hair and didnt want to stain their super clean towels so when I called the front desk, they immediately sent me towels I could use! My entire stay was really great thanks to everyone working here!

Great place to stay. Friendly staff and nicely appointed rooms. Very nicely decorated and always a pleasant stay. Pro tip: Never leave anything of value in your car. Thief a plenty roaming around the area in Collinsville. This applies to all hotels along I-157. Even with a STATE Police HQ just down the street.

The people at this hotel are so polite and professional their like staying with family you know the good family the ones you can't wait to see definitely will be staying there again when I return home for a visit

Location was close to spot of resaurants, quick and some sit down. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Fridge, microwave, and tv. The pool was just the right size for smaller children. Overall it was a great experience.

Right across the street from the Gateway Convention Center. Hard to get any closer than this unless you slept in the parking lot.

We were on our way home from South Carolina when we hit a very dangerous ice storm. The roads were horrible and we had been driving for 15 hours and it wasn't safe to continue. The amazing staff at this hotel let us check in, even though it was 7 in the morning and check in wasn't until later in the afternoon, and were incredibly welcoming! The hotel itself was like any other Fairfield but the staff made it a truly incredible experience.

Good location and quick access to the highway. Rooms could be updated eventually, but the staff made you feel right at home!
