Hampton Inn Collinsville

Very good experience! They went above and beyond accommodating us especially with our previous negative experiences with 2 other hotels all that same night. Was able to check my family in right away too. Very clean, pool clean, service was friendly and beyond helpful. Every staff member has greeted us when we meet them. And price was very reasonable.

The hotel was just perfect. The rooms were very clean and the air worked perfectly. Since is was over 100 degrees out that was very important. I recommend this hotel highly. And the two desk clerks I saw and spoke with were very helpful. We will go back every time we are in town.

Very clean place. We travel for work and spend 250+ days a year in hotels across the country. Christi at the front desk was very polite,personable,& professional. Highly recommend staying at this location. Room was very clean I'll definitely make this a stop along our journeys from now on.

We were welcomed by friendly staff members who asked if we needed anything. The room was comfortable and spacious and having our cat with us was awesome. We had a good time in the pool, which was nice and clean. The breakfast options were great and fully stocked, even just before breakfast hours ended. The house keeping people did a good job and were polite. Thank you. 🩵

The rooms were clean and spacious. Got a lot of work done at the in room desk. Huge selection of TV channels.
The bathroom was also very clean and full of amenities.
The pool was clean with plenty of towels.
Breakfast was amazing and plentiful. Even at 9:30 in the morning.
Cannot say enough good things about the front desk attendants. Anything we needed, they were right on.
Walking distance to several restaurants and 5 minutes from Wal-Mart, Walgreens, and Dollar Tree.
Pet friendly, and there is an on-site laundry room.

Great service from Leslie (?) Friday night. Extremely helpful. Breakfast was good all 3 mornings. Last day they were out of milk. Ran across the street to Walmart and picked some up. Sunday morning someone was mowing at 6.30 am. Pool got drained Sunday afternoon, so no swimming. Any with these negatives, it was a clean and safe place. Staff was very friendly and polite. Definitely a place to stay and we will stay there again.

Stay Sat. Nite June 29 and the room was fine. The check in was easy and the girl that had worked at Olive Garden was a fox.

We recieved the best check in service with Gian that we have ever had at a hotel. We travel a lot and stayed in many hotels. His welcome made us feel very comfortable and right at home. His follow up to make sure we could find a restaurant with us was exceptional. Thank you Gian!!!!

Good location. Friendly staff. Older Hampton Inn is very clean. The paper flower for tissue paper was nice. Even the wash cloth was folded up to resemble a flower.

Restaurants in walking distance. There's a Walmart and a Dollar tree close by also. The free breakfast was nice. I especially like the omelettes and bacon.

Nice & clean hotel. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good,. Coffee ☕ all day. Love that. Vivek, it was a pleasure staying here. Perfect location, right off the highway.

Stayed in a king suite for 4 nights. Our room was clean upon arrival, staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was a nice variety of eggs, bacon/sausage, cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit, waffles, muffins ect. The pool was clean and a comfortable temperature. The guest doors to the hallway are easy close so the doors are not slamming shut.

The suite has separate rooms for the bedroom, front room and bathroom. Also bigger than we were expecting.

I would recommend and if we are back in the area I would look to stay here again.

First impression wasn't that great, as there wasn't a microwave in the room. I had to bring my baby and toddler to the main lobby to warm a bottle. We got in super late and it was annoying. But right as. We were walking back we ran into Gian who let us in to just look at the pool, the only thing my daughter talked about for the 11 hour car ride there. He was so friendly and it was very kind of him to do that. Every staff member we came in contact with was amazing. Jamie at the front desk and genoveva making breakfast were amazing. The shower pressure was amazing but the door didn't stay shut unless I shoved a washcloth in to help it stay shut. The floors could have been swept a little better since I let my baby crawl around on them. And when we laid in bed, it was so loud, like a million twigs breaking. But hands down the friendliest staff we've encountered driving across the country multiple times.

Overall, despite a challenge I encountered at this particular location, I was pleased with the amenities, the breakfast and the night crew. I arrived one hour and a half earlier than 3pm! For my reservation. And the clerk behind the counter could have strangled me with her harsh voice and look for not arriving at 3pm! I had no energy to ask any questions, I had paid for the hotel reservation months before. Forgetting the torrential rains outside and the terrible look on my face that described my anguish and exhaustion from flying the red eye and fighting a fever 🥵. With my head down like a scorned child I went outside the horrible rain and crawled back in my rental car shivering in the car seat waiting for 3pm. At 2:25pm I went back in the hotel to ask the clerk if she’d let me get some hot water for tea. I saw a Caucasian couple getting their room keys while I got the hot water for my tea after getting the clerk’s approval. She must have sensed my energy or paid attention to the way I checked out the elderly Caucasian couple getting their room keys, or figured out I was a decent person despite my low energy and exhausted and sick look on undone, tired eyes and I combed messy hair from the beanie I was wearing. She proceeded to ask my name. Then she kindly took me in and gave me the keys at around 2:35pm. Had it not been for the elderly couple checking in before 3pm I don’t think I had a chance that day to get out of the rain, out of my drenched clothes and enjoy a cup of tea before this clerk’s demand for a 3pm! Deadline!! I’m Hispanic by the way!

Fantastic customer service! The room was generally clean and navigable for a wheelchair user. Bed was comfortable, hotel was quiet– all the things you come to expect from a Hilton brand hotel, even some nice little touches like a going away treat bag. Easy to navigate to and from the interstate.

I felt welcome and valued by the courteous and helpful staff. They provided us with water bottles when we arrived and a gift bag including snacks and fruit when we checked out. The complimentary breakfast was delicious! I had an outstanding and pleasant experience and am looking forward to my next Hampton Inn stay.

Outstanding guest service !! Every single employee at this hotel is always smiling. Our stay was for 3 nights and not sure how I was in an accessible room which I don’t wanted to be in and asked if they can move me to a different room. Without any further questions, the manager switched me to another room. Extremely friendly guy!! He even asked to help us with unloading the luggage from our van. Only issue I had was kids running and screaming into the hallway which the night auditor spoke to their parent and they finally calmed down.

I’m a poor sleeper at hotels, It usually takes me a few days to settle in but this place was so clean, the beds were comfy, the room felt homey. The staff was so pleasant and accommodating. If I’m ever in Illinois that will be my place to stay hands down.

The hotel was nice and clean. We were welcomed in a pleasant way. The two ladies in front desk Jaime and De’shonna was very nice and sweet. They love to talk to there customers. This is our second time staying here. We loved the room was clean and no one disturb you and breakfast was amazing the lady was really nice for breakfast I don’t know her name.
But if we do come back in town for sure this is will be our stay for sure. It’s nice to have employees like this to communicate with your customers friendly way.
