New Central heating unit was installed 3-14-22. The man told us that it would put out a very strong oder inside but go away the 2nd time unit was run. Oder was so bad all windows had to be up . one week later we called company back. They sent the service man back out. He was very rude and Very unprofessional. We had to call the 2nd time. The oder still in the house. It has made us very sick. He never came inside and turned on unit to get hot and NEVER went to a vent to check the bad oder. He kept saying in a smart way" I don't smell anything ". He'd already told us " he was probably immune to it" because he works around it. We have had to go to Dr because of bad oder effects our breathing and sinuses. The company was called again 3-27-22 and husband left a message to send service man back but send someone else. Not the smart mouth one who'd come before. That bad oder IS Still in the house and unit needs to be FIXED right. I SHOULD NOT be putting out ANY ODERS IN HOUSE to start with. 2 weeks now and it's still in here and we're still breathing it, staying sick. Our visitors smell it also. I'd never recommend this company to anyone. And the service man should not be a smart mouth with a bad attitude. They need to do They're job right the first time ! And especially get it right the 2nd time. No bad oder should be inside .

DO NOT USE! They give you an appointment time and do not show up. Rescheduled twice and twice a No show. No call, no warning....nothing
