I bought mattress, frame, headboard, footboard. When delivered to Centralia, one piece was forgotten because it was on a separate special order that I made. Delivery driver drove back to Woodlawn, loaded it up, and brought it back to Centralia within two hours.

We bought the most amazing lazy boy recliner from them last week. Julie was helpful with our transaction. Delivery was free and also seamless.
As with everything else we ever purchased from there, it was all flawless.

Oh My Goodness what a great place to do business with! After 30 years we bought 2 new Flexsteal end tables and a good size Cocktail Table for our Family room. Couldn’t believe how helpful they were, prices were great & the tax rate in Woodlawn, IL is so much cheaper than big towns! We also replaced a sofa & loveseat the same week since we fell in Love with a sturdy firm sitting Lazyboy set! Great experience all the way around! 6mo later still happy with our purchases but needed one end table with defective leg replaced and they went to bat for us and ordered a new one as soon as I called to discuss the issue. Thank you for being in our community and dependable! If anyone is looking for furniture; please make Newell’s your first stop! I bet it will be your last!

I love love shopping at newells. There is no place like it. I've decorated our home for years with their home furnishings. The owners and their staff are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them for any of your home decorating needs or wants. It's truly an awesome experience.

I have purchased several pieces of furniture from Newell Furniture and have not only been very impressed with the selection they have at the store but with the delivery time when ordering non-stock items. The owner, his wife and the other sales people are very, very friendly and helpful. I have shopped most all of the other furniture stores in this area and been somewhat pleased with the price and service but had I known about Newell earlier I believe I would have purchased the majority of these items from this company. A five star (1-5) rating for sure!
