About 2 weeks ago we came in and bought a mattress and mattress protection plan. I have to say we had the BEST experience ever! Daniel Calloway was our salesman, he is friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us pick the perfect mattress! I waited to do this review so I could give a "real" review after sleeping on this mattress for a little while. I have had several surgies, the last leaving mesh in my spine. All these things were taken into consideration for my purchase. I can say that I have at least 75% less back pain after these short few weeks. I highly recommend going to Furniture Masters and speaking with Daniel for your purchases!

One of best experiences that I have buying furniture!!

I went into the store today to find a new refrigerator because mine went out last night (which was just great--NOT), and I was thankful to find that Furniture Masters here in Jasper was open on Memorial Day, which I was previously concerned would not be. Daniel, the sales associate working while I was in store, was extremely helpful to me. I knew exactly what I was looking for and he was able to give me great recommendations as well as certain brand(s) to steer clear from. I really liked how honest and welcoming he was, as the environment of the store as a whole was. The issue I was experiencing is that, since it is Memorial Day, there was no one available to deliver the refrigerator today, which was a time-sensitive need of mine. I told Daniel I was going to look around at Home Depot in Jasper (in which the associates were EXTREMELY rude and NOT helpful at all), but that I may be back to try to find something there. The reason being is that Daniel was willing to go out of his way to try to find another employee or even a friend to call in to help me in this time-sensitive matter in having it delivered today. However, when I did go to Home Depot, the associate did recommend Sides Furniture in Dora, which I ultimately went with solely because they had the availability to deliver today. After making my purchase at Sides, I did make sure to call Daniel at Furniture Masters back to let him know what my final decision was, but that I would definitely be back for business there due to how wonderful he and the atmosphere of the store was. I highly recommend this store as it has everything you may need for your home from all furniture pieces to rugs to appliances. I will be bringing my business back there to look for a new entertainment center for my living room soon. Overall, 10/10 would recommend this place, and especially Daniel. Thank you for the great experience!

Was with my cousin and went in . Never heard of them. Jeremy ended up buying a Queen bed with adjustable bed frame for his dad.Ken had not had a good nights sleep in over 4 years since his wife passed. We got it to their house and something was wrong it didn’t work. Danial C came all the way to personal fix the problem. Ken slept ALL night long!!!! He is still sleeping in this bed. It’s amazing he says. Thank you Danial C & Furniture Masters for going above & beyond to help my cousin Ken get out of sleeping in that recliner and sleeping in a bed. With his back problems he is finally getting quality sleep!!!

Wonderful store with a beautiful selection and amazing staff. Tracie was very professional and knowledgeable about the items in store, helping me narrow down my options when I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted. Not only did she find the style of couch I was after but helped me find complimentary pieces to match. Absolutely will be shopping at this store again!
