Friendly staff! Last week they had a bunch of cute stuff on sale! I don’t shop plus size, but I always see complaints of not being able to find anything - she has a wide variety of plus size items!

I have never been in the store but have ordered online with Carol's for years. Clothes arrive quickly and exactly as described. Never had an issue with returns (only 1 time). Customer Service is top notch!

Ordered a necklace that unfortunately was broken when it delivered ... notified the company and management is sending a replacement priority mail and allowing me to return the other as soon as possible .... That is great customer service and building my trust for future business that they will always do the right thing ...
