Dr. Jerry M. Hahn, MD

First appointment with this doctor was at 9 am...the entire staff was late. I was told to come early to have time to fill out paperwork.

Second appointment was a follow up appointment. I had an appointment at 9:30. I arrived a bit early about 9:15. I was greeted in the hallway by another patient that had a 9 am appointment and had been waiting 15 minutes. She finally left at 9:25. At 9:35 I got a call from a staff member asking if I could reschedule for 10:30, no apology, simply said they were running late. When i explained to her that i was already there for my 9:30 appointment and that I would think they knew they were running late prior to 9:30, still no apology.

I have called the billing office to see if I can get the balance of $42.61 removed to reimburse me for my time coming to an appointment when no one showed up and the billing staff could not help me.

I took time off from my busy schedule to come to this appointment. My time is as valuable as the doctors. If the entire staff was running late...one of them should have called before 9:35 since the office was due to open at 9.

Very disappointed. Will not go back!!!

Avoid this one like the plague. First of all, Dr. Hahn is in the office only ONCE per month. I called to make an appointment because I have a skin reaction and I hav eno idea what is causing it. The snippy woman who answered the phone couldn't have cared less whether I live or die. Her response "We don't have no appointments for two weeks." There is so much wrong with that sentence, I choose to focus on her callous attitude. I will find a true medical provider. This is not what I would want in a health care provider. AVOID!

They need to take a course on how to run a business. Not easy to do business with because they can't answer the phone or call a person back(Basic things to do). If you can't do the basics, you sure can't do other tasks.
