Being a first time homebuyer it was a very scary process but Brett K. made the process simple quick and efficient with all the knowledge he provided made it a great experience.

He has been very patient and more than willing to help. He has answered every question we have had and still have about our new home. He has truly gone the extra mile in customer service! At Stanley Martin, you don’t just build a home but friendships as well! Stanley Martin’s customer service doesn’t stop at closing either! Brett and the entire staff have been more than willing to help out with any questions we have had even after construction and closing! This company really builds a quality home that is second to none. Britt, the construction manager, did an awesome job of communicating where we were in the home building process. He did a great job at helping us with any questions we had on the construction side. If you are in the market for a new home, definitely check out Stanley Martin!

Stanley Martin is an excellent home building company. Their staff is professional, courteous, and willing to be flexible when a customer’s financial abilities are not quite capable of reaching their standard. Moreover, Stanley Martin is a company proud of its refusal to cut corners; their builders are quick to point out the tricks of the trade where material is used to maximize the safety or insulation of a home rather than use the bare minimum of material.

In short, Stanley Martin is an exceptional building company and I am quick to recommend them to others seeking a new home.

Having explored other new communities in the area prior to purchasing a home here, I can fully attest that they are the most professional, responsive, and easy-to-work with team around. They have provided answers to all questions, kept myself in the loop throughout the entire process, and made the home building process a breeze. My second home will too be Stanley Martin!

Armed with the horror stories of home buying from friends and family I walked into Stanley Martin homes expecting a similar fate. To my surprise, I've had a splendid experience thus far. Both the sales and construction managers have been extremely transparent and answered all questions/concerns I've had. They, along with my realtor, helped me during the design phase. Particularly with what made sense and would help increase the value when I choose to sell in the distant future. Compared to the neighborhood next door, you have the ability to get a 2 car garage instead of 1! Huge plus. Additionally, the materials/design/layout in my opinion surpass their local competitors. Just walk through their model home and you'll instantly want it.

Any adjustments that were made to the blueprint were communicated to me, and it made 100% sense. Improved the aesthetics in some cases, such as moving a smoke detector so it's not in the way of potentially hanging something on a wall. During pre-drywall inspection I was encouraged to take as many photos as possible. Having such photos of pipes/vents and such is quite useful in the event I want to drill into a wall or locate something later on.

Their partnered mortgage lender (might be the wrong verbiage, but they recommended them at least) - First Heritage has been amazing!

Highly recommend Stanley Martin. As long as you aren't afraid of commitment, their process is... dare I say... on Pointe

Disclaimer - which is not Stanley Martin's fault: Comcast has been the worst experience. Highly recommend speaking to them far sooner than 1 month to moving in. I started in November. Moved mid December. Didn't become serviceable until Jan 5.

If you have any issues go to the Xfinity store in Martinsburg. I don't know whose arm that store manager twisted but they're the reason we became serviceable. Otherwise we probably wouldn't have resolved this issue anytime soon.

Great experience! Brett Keefer (the sales rep) has been wonderful. Very knowledgeable and transparent. Although the Covid-19 pandemic halted some operations, my house is still coming along nicely and will be ready to move into very soon. The buying process has been stress-free. 10/10

This is a great company, with a great crew of people. They are very responsive and flexible when you call them. I also liked being taken through the construction process as my house was being built. The homes are reasonably priced and very well built.

This is an early-stage active job site for new single family and townhomes. I don't know anything about the sale prices, but everyone I've met (on the construction and sales side) are super helpful and nice. Good people-good company-good quality is sometimes the way it goes. Sales office is next to Ledo's Pizza in shopping center.

This little area is perfect! Close to shops but far enough to have that home/suburban feeling. Construction has been top notch and Stanly Martin reps respond to my messages very quickly! Very happy with this business!
