The fuel pumps need some attention. Broken card readers make it hard to pay at the pump.

We had Andy Jay make us a subway sandwich. He dropped 2 of the bread rolls on the floor & put them back instead of throwing them away.

I have a service dog and it says that service dogs are welcome! However, an employee insisted that my service dog wasn’t allowed by her standards and that only if I were blind! A service animal is for the disabled person who needs their assistance in one way or another and a 711 employee isn’t qualified to decide whether or not the animal is needed or not! Now, does your establishment accommodate the disabled??? You accommodate transgender bathrooms but not a service animal?! I usually don’t have a problem, even at Martins! I was a dedicated customer for 711 until today!! Disabled and disappointed!
