was able to cash my refund check from txtag after being turned away by randalls heb walmart speedy cash and they were open later than ace and all banks i tried between. my ID is valid and the check legit from prepaying to fund a toll tag during my dads hospice etc when i had to travel between cities to provide care/support to my parents and brother now deceased. anyway this place was quick and polite and no tech issues thank you!!!!!
