My husband and I have been using DM Pest Control in our current rental home for the past two years. Now that we are moving into our own home we will continue to be customers. They always show up on time, they are very professional, and when I requested a call to let me know they were on their way they were very accommodating and called when they were 30 minutes away which was very appreciated since I was working. They are also very affordable. I would recommend their services.

Ricky came out and was friendly and respectful. He explained what he was going to do and showed me places around my yard and house that he was treating specifically so there wouldn't be any issues. He looked around my yard for other potential issues without me needing to ask, and sprayed for carpenter ants that he saw around my trees. He reminded me multiple times to call in a few days if the issue was not taken care of. I felt like he was considerate of my time and needs, and was welcoming of any questions I had. I will definitely be using them again.

Great experience having Jeff out to spray my new apartment on short notice from my building mgt. I’m against the use of chemicals so Jeff explained the products he uses are organic and I was more comfortable. I don’t think Jeff missed any spots needing an application. Very detailed work, plus those spots I had not thought of to apply. I would recommend Jeff and his company DM yo anyone looking for pest control. He does a totally thorough job.

Very Reliable, Prompt, and Quality work at a reasonable and affordable price. We have been using DM pest Control for almost 4 years and will continue to do so for years to come. We got to keep up with the schedule and call them when service is needed. This might be an issue for a few. Still, Jeffrey is very accommodating in providing the service or rolling over a service even if it is beyond the contract period. Negligible inconvenience compared to a lot of perks we get working with a local business.
Jeffrey is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. He gives proper advice on what is needed and what is good to have. He is very accommodating, works around our schedule, and is always available on very short notice.

Excellent service! Jeffery has been wonderful to work with. I love the pet safe organic spray and the extra effort they give if some unwanted pest doesn’t completely disappear after the first service. They are easy to contact and don’t push you into any contracts. Love this business and definitely not a fan of bugs ever, anywhere.

From the start, they were excellent communicators and worked with my schedule to get my house done promptly. We've had other local groups not show up and then make up excuses, but DM pest called me the night before to confirm time and they were here to the minute of when I expected them. With pets and children, that was huge for me. The cost was very fair for the work (quoted more elsewhere), and I appreciate their assessment of the house and grounds. We will definitely continue service with them.

The team was very professional and knowledgeable. Jeff answered all of my questions and was patient with my concerns about using a more organically-based pesticide. They were on-time for the appointment, and did a very thorough job. I will definitely use them again.

My wife and I just bought our first home: brand new build. After moving in we noticed a couple of ants quickly turned into a LOT of biting, non-stop fire ants. We had already scheduled an appointment five days from that discovery, but once we saw them all I called Jeffrey to ask if we could move up the appointment.

To put that into a timeline. Called on a Monday to schedule an appointment for Friday. Discovered after that call all these ants. Called back that same Monday, asked him if he could come sooner.

Jeffrey, without questions, rescheduled and was at our door a few hours later. Didn't charge me anything extra. He was kind, he was polite, he talked me through everything, and now about 10 days later there's barely a bug ANYWHERE on our property.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. We requested service from D.M. Pest control due to a surge of bugs we noticed when we moved into our house. After their magic we noticed a sharp decline in the number of bugs. Both times they were accommodating with organic options which is great since we have cats. They have come back to help with some issues with ants too and were absolutely pleasant. Definitely will keep using this company in the future.

I have used DM Pest Control service for 3 times already all for different things. Jefrey and his team helped me do an interior & exterior pest control with chemical for a very affordable price. Jefrey, especially, was very communicative and fast to respond. He even did me a favor to remove ants for free after helping me to remove nests :). We were having problems with noises in our attic and then one day I popped my head up the attic opening and saw a huge raccoon which ran to the other side of the attic. We then started hearing noises in our attic. I set my own trap and tried to catch it but no dice. So we called several Pest Control and Rodent Removal companies. The first company came out and charged us to get an estimate and were very expensive. We called a couple of other companies and got some advice then called DM Pest Control. They gave us a very reasonable price range and very competitive, so competitive we were hesitant to hire them. But when Joseph came out and gave us a free estimate and he was very professional, nice and honest. We decided to try them and Joseph did a great job and caught the raccoon babies and helped patch up the hole. He was very professional and personable. I would recommend Joseph and DM Pest Control for any rodent or pest services.
