Walmart Supercenter

Had what I needed and the checker at the self checkout (me) who rang my goods was totally amazing. I scanned so quickly and smiled into the camera with such bright eyes. I acknowledged myself and wished myself to have a great day. The Walmart was like any other one that one would shop at but, all the self checking people were awesome! I got to bag one item in each bag and double or triple so that I would have plenty for all my trash cans throughout my house.

Karan helped me in self checkout when one of my items wouldn’t ring up. She searched for it until she found something similar just to make sure I was able to get my item. Great customer service!!!

We went and this time I had to go in. I had to use a riding cart and received a pleasant experience from the store. Shopping was with ease and found what we were looking for. Everyone was friendly

This is the store I visit the most. Folks are friendly and helpful. Grocery department is pretty well stocked and fresh. Good selection of department store merchandise. Good access and plenty of parking.

Having my oil changed the 2 women were very nice helpful the men were doing their job great customer service

You know Walmart is just the best store you could ever go to shop. I was looking for something to fix my floor
In my kitchen. Lowes and Home Depot I thought would have it, did not. The only place left was Walmart..
When I walked in the person at the door told me where I wood fined it. Sure nuff there was the place that it would have sat in, but they were out of it. Project on hold again.
She did tell me that it was ordered.

It's a huge store. Not alot of help here . Employee services are difficult to find here . Some are quite helpful some are not. Bur it has everything you are looking for. But not enough customer service.

Love this place. It's great shopping.

I appreciate the way WalMart has upgraded their stores to keep them in good repair

I would like to mention a lady employee by the name of AMY who works at the front of the store near the registers. Amy is always positive, smiling and helpful each time we see her. Even when we had some problems with the checkout kiosk yesterday, she was very patient and courteous. We really appreciate your awesome customer service. Happy New Year! And Thank You 😊

There is a young lady by the name of (Clowie) she's a Greeter at the front door. Every time we visit she is always so positive and courteous. Very professional, smiles and speaks. Thank You Clowie 💖

Excellent place to go to for almost every thing you want or need

Always clean and stock arranged on the self unlike other walmarts across the nation. Especially milwaukee walamarts. Still a great clean walmart!

They were polite friendly with my daughter and they did a good job

Great place to get groceries, tires, batteries, beauty supplies, clothing, etc. I just wished they didn't have to eliminate jobs to put in self check out registers?

I'm so excited that this Walmart on Coulter had Ozery snacking rounds, and whipped strawberry cream cheese.

So, I guess there has been a change in the return policy at Walmart.
My problem is, that when I do have the luck of getting ahold of a good amount of cash, it literally burns a hole in my pocket.
Then when I throw Walmart into the mix, it's all over. I start throwing everything into the basket. I mean, I straight up become an expert at printer ink as well and grab the "correct" ink from the top 500 to choose from.
I dont know what I'm thinking, but it slowly comes around and I'm broke. Where did it go?
I've got Bill's to pay still.
I've got to eat too!
So, the comfort of buying from Walmart, for all these years, is that I can take some of these items back, with or without a receipt. If I dont get cash, the least that can happen is the money's put on a Walmart card and I can still get smokes, soda and something to eat.
Today was the turning point of all that and a glimpse into the future of Walmart and it's transformation into a stone hard battle ready customer pleasing department store. Awaiting Amazon's next move.
Remember the printer technician. Well I found the ink, that of course was the wrong ink that I bought. Ready to clam the $23 in cash or card to get enough to eat and drink for 3 days. Until the check comes in to do some actual food shopping.
After a very cold bike ride in the sleet. To my surprise, there was no longer a line at the Service Center and it was prime time curled snake line time.
I'll give you two guesses to what my choices were with no receipt.
1. Exchange for the exact same item or
2. A smiley face sticker on the same item I brought in, so I could walk back out of the store without a receipt.
I can't even imagine the amount of money Walmart has lost over the years, to this now, no longer in action store policy.
I bet Sam Walton just turned back over in his grave and can finally rest at peace.
I might be hungry for a week, but good for you Walmart. It was about time you put your foot down.

Visited around 9 AM on February 28, 2023 at the self check out at the home and pharmacy end. The associate working her name was Michelle and I just have to say she was an absolute gem, a wonderful person, and should be an extremely valued employee. people like her make shopping at Walmart better.
