Penny Paws Animal Clinic

I have had a couple of different doctors for my dogs since I started coming here. I have found that I prefer to see Dr. Miller. She is an amazing veterinarian! She truly cares about her patients. She has gone above and beyond with my new addition, Archie. Today was her first time to see Lulu and again I was not disappointed! Everybody at the front desk (sorry still learning names) has been wonderful! The techs are great!

This was the best experience for my pet to get the vaccinations needed. She is new to my family and is kinda stressed. They handled her with care! Very Happy New Mommie Pheonix is home and doing well!!

Everyone is super friendly & very sweet to my dogs! As a widowed senior citizen on a very tight budget, the only thing I wish is that it didn't cost so much. I can only afford to bring them in if they need vaccines or if something is really wrong with them. It would be easier to take good care of them if it didn't cost so much.

The entire penny paws team is amazing, but I really have to give lots of love to Dr. Simon. He is a doctor that truly cares about his patients, and my dog loves him. I've never had a negative experience with you all, even while two of my babies were really really sick. Thank you for all you do!

The process of booking an appointment was very easy, and the location was convenient. The process was easy because my cat did not freak out, and the vets were gentle with her. Today is day 3 of recovery mode for my cat because her little body is working through the vaccines. I expected she would be lethargic, but I just wanted to share. Some of her behaviors have been hiding away in dark closet corners, low appetite, less water intake, and less potty breaks. By day 2 she was eating some and drinking water. She is still struggling jumping and moving quickly, but is feeling more social again. I will definitely consider getting her annual shots with Penny Paws again, and being a cat mom just gets hard sometimes. Thank you for doing so much public outreach!

Love this place! Was in and out quickly and the staff from the front to the exam room were extremely responsive, helpful, and friendly! Also it helps that the prices are more than reasonable! Thanks for taking care of Marshy! ♥

We had to put our 11 year old german shepherd down. Penny Paws was amazing in a devastating time. I called that morning, and when we arrived, they had a candle lit and a note asking other guests for quiet voices in respect for our family. It was a very touching extra that I wasn't expecting. Carrying Cobie in waa hard. The vet and vet techs gave us amble time to say our goodbyes and sit with him as long as we wanted.

All Penny Paws vets represented themselves well. It was hot and busy but their attitudes were upbeat and cool. I had a young African American female that delivered the BEST service to my young, overstimulated blue heeler mixes. She was amazing, but I cannot recall her name. Thank you for the great, affordable service with a smile!

They have been responsive and kind. I don't even really care about prices. My animals get the best I can afford. The fact they call and follow-up and check on your fur babies and be straight-up about treatment and prices? Next level. This place has earned my forever business. I won't go to another vet. Like ever.

I was very pleased with my first experience at Penny Paws. Everyone was very nice and professional. They handled my cat needs with kindness and care. I will be referring them to my friends and family.

Everyone was so friendly! I had to use my cane for stability. One of the gals brought me a chair to sit on while I waited. I was so appreciative. I thought that was something done out of the ordinary. Buddy didn't even know he received a shot. They came to me to do it too. That was very nice of them! The whole process went smoothly.

These people helped saved my dogs life. She was pretty much on deaths door having been mauled by 3 large dogs. We had $350 in our pocket for a procedure that would cost $3,500. They did wonders for my dog with the little amount of money we had, and sent us to an ER that was also kind enough to help our dog for little to no cost. Despite their help, our dog was not expected to survive the night. Miraculously, she did, and I KNOW it was solely because of Penny Paws and the ER vet. A few days ago, we took her in for a follow-up and once again they were incredibly kind and helpful. I couldn't reccomend this place more. They are ANGELS. Thank you to the staff of people who take the time on a Saturday to be in the excruciating heat, to treat our babies! Thank you, to the company as well, for making an affordable way for us to take care of our babies! We need more places and people like you in the world, who genuinely care!

My cat had never been to the vet before. I was worried about taking her in to have her nails clipped. I knew she would be scared bc she hides if anyone comes into my house. The tech, Nevada was calm & talked to Miss Kitty before touching her. Dr. Black also was very gentle & handled Miss Kitty with confidence. Overall, I was very pleased with the visit. Miss Kitty didn't cry, fight , scratch or try to bite anyone. I was so relieved that she wasn't traumatized by the visit. I will definitely return as necessary.

I went on a Saturday afternoon to one of the tents that you guys set up, everyone was very professional and completed the task at hand. I appreciate the employees for the assistance in getting my dog vaccinated. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you Penny Paws!

Very caring doctor and staff. I really liked Dr. Studdard and plan to use her again. The office was more affordable than I was expecting and very conveniently located.

My fur babies need to be healthy to spend time with family inside the house. You can’t go wrong with Penny Paws Animal Hospital! Highly recommend both the NFW and NRH locations.

Penny Paws is great. They seem a little more affordable. They also don't make you feel bad if you can't afford super expensive tests. They do recommend them but if you're truly unable to afford them at the time you aren't shamed. I recommended them to my daughter and she took her cat and liked them. I also recommended to all my pet parent neighbors.
