Such a wonderfully done property. It’s very spacious with lots of shops, out door games, food trucks, garden and outdoor seating. Kids to grandparents were enjoying their visit.

It is very expensive but the shops are really cute and fun to look around.

The food truck selection was honestly amazing. So many to choose from. The grilled cheese & sweat tea ones we tried were great.

The church was gorgeous and the best part of the visit!

Overall, it was a great visit but definitely a tourist trap and not sure we would have reason to visit again.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Magnolia Market in Waco, and it was a truly delightful experience. My wife had been eagerly anticipating this day, and we made sure to make a stop during our journey through Waco.

From the moment we arrived, it was evident why Magnolia Market is so highly regarded. The attention to detail and the warm atmosphere instantly made us feel welcome. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, adding a personal touch to our visit.

One of the standout features for me was the incredible selection of candles available. The scents were absolutely breathtaking, and I couldn't resist purchasing a few. The attention to quality and the dedication to creating unique fragrances was evident in every candle.

The overall ambiance of Magnolia Market is something I can't praise enough. It's a beautifully curated space, filled with tasteful decorations and stylish items. It truly reflects the impeccable taste of its owners, Chip and Joanna Gaines.

After spending a few hours exploring the market, we were so glad we made the decision to stop by. Whether you're a fan of the hit show "Fixer Upper" or simply looking for a delightful shopping experience, I highly recommend visiting Magnolia Market. It's a place that exudes charm, creativity, and warmth, making it a must-visit destination.

Being here was so much fun. We're so glad we came here to experience the peace and beauty here. The bakery had the most delicious lemon lavender cupcakes 🤤 and jumbo chocolate chip cookies 🍪. It was nice to see children playing on a baseball field made just for them. The little shops and markets were beautiful and smelt so wonderful. The gardens were very inspiring.

Well, Chip and Jo, this place is so amazing, I would not have expected anything but perfection from you two. Your staff was so helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable about everything. When my wife and I walked around and looked at the details, you could see the creative mind of Jo. This was our first time there and will not be the last. The town of Waco is so inviting and beautiful. Yes, we went on a shopping spree. The courtyard and the silos and all of the buildings are so beautiful. It's like a Disneyland for adults. I wish we would have had time to try the restaurant because the menu looks epic.

I kept going around and telling all of the workers to let chip know I was there lol but sadly, they stated that they very rarely show up. I understand because they are quite famous and would be mobbed, but how sad that they worked so hard and really can't even enjoy their place and walk around and talk to us. I would say anyone reading this if you have time go to Waco for the day, it only was 114 miles from Dallas. They have plenty of hotels that would cater to everyone price wise. and on the way out, stop at whataburger:)

Two words: Quality and Detail. Lots to see and do. Beautifully manicured grounds and nice quiet space to relax. Careful attention to detail everywhere you look. Great food on the grounds. Great little shops. Some stuff is a bit overpriced, but it all seems to be great quality, which makes it a reasonable value.

Awesome place..lots to see and lots to experience!! From Shopping for decor or furnishing your home. There is something for everyone ! Spend time in the garden, and the surrounding grounds. My wife is Jo's number one fan, I kept looking for her so I could get a picture of them together, she would have loved to have that picture hanging in our home. Guys take some comfortable shoes so you can keep up with your wife.

This is such a fun stop. My wife and I love Waco and have been to Magnolia twice now. We brought our friends with us this time around while we were on our Texas road trip. They loved this area. From the shops to the food trucks, it's just a nice and simple place to visit and relax. Buy some stuff if you want, eat some good food, take some pictures with the silos in the background. If we lived out here I'd imagine we'd come here at least once a month. Definitely swing by if you can.

We were driving to the Hill Counrty for vacation and had our dog with us. Great place to eat, shop and chill before getting back in the road. We spent an hour and half walking eating and a little shopping. It’s a wonderful place for the whole family. They have added a kid ballpark and more stores so even on busy days you don’t feel crowded.

What an amazing place to go! So many beautiful things to shop for. I will say the prices are more than I wanted but it was fun to walk through and there were a few things I picked up. Sometimes quality is something that costs more so I understand that.
The court yard is so fun and inviting. If you are in the area make a day of this place I promise it won’t disappoint you !!
ALSO VERY VERY DOG FRIENDLY

Well, it's a must see if you find yourself in Waco,Tx. My wife is a fan of a couple of the shows (Fixer Upper + the Hotel) , so she was very interested.
The whole development is clean and well kept, including the restrooms. There is a coffee shop and bakery that have reputations of being very good. We're not dessert eaters or coffee drinkers so we didn't sample. There are several shops and food trucks. We had an awesome burger (50% beef/50% bacon) from one of the trucks (Whizbangs) and ate in the large picnic area. Two of us split a double burger and it was too much for us to finish. I'd recommend stating with a single unless you are a serious eater! Plus, the double was a mess to eat. But, it was good! On another note, a can of water (maybe 16oz?) was $3.50...c'mon, you can do better than that.
It's a neat place to see and glad we did.

As a designer, Magnolia Market is a heaven of inspiration! You can see their creative souls behind every space, turning simplicity into elegance and coziness. From a basic metallic fence transformed into a gallery of flower art to every window adorned with the same nature's touch, every detail speaks volumes. Even the bathrooms and nursing room are a delightful experience—no space is left without thoughtful and artistic details. Magnolia Market is a testament to decor and passion, a must-visit for anyone seeking design inspiration!

A must visit when you’re in Waco! The store is very neat and has lots of beautiful items to see and purchase. Not only is it a store, it’s an experience itself. There’s a beautiful garden outside to relax in beside the silos. The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in by greeting you with a smile. Definitely happy I got the chance to stop by!

Made the visit to the Silos at Magnolia, and it was a lovely experience. Other than the blazing heat, I thought it was a great way to spend the day out. I didn't even make it into the bakery because of the heat and long lines. The heat definitely detracted from us taking more time there, so I'd like to return some time in the fall/winter if possible.

This was so fun to visit! It is always so fun to see places in real life after seeing something on TV for so many years. Definitely worth the visit when in the area. The market was so much more than I thought! It included the actual market, home store, bakery, coffee shop, outdoor rec area, stage, food trucks and a feed shop. I had no idea this was all here, plus free parking! Chip and Joanna are 100% my style of decor, so I loved everything in the shops and of course wanted to buy everything, too. It was pretty slow the day we visited due to it being colder in Texas, but I’m sure during the summer months it can get real busy. What a fun experience!

Chip and Joanna have created such a wonderful family space, centered around quality, attention to detail and biblical principles. This space offersa splendid array of merchandise for every part of the home, delicious foods, great cafe, fun and entertainment for kids. This certainly is a focal point of Waco! We enjoyed every moment.

This place is so adorable. It’s a lot bigger and “more” than I expected. Full of cute food trucks and multiple larger and smaller shops. We stopped into the coffee shop which I really enjoyed because of all the great seating. I’d like to come back and spend more time

The blueberry lemon roll is delicious. Pistachio latta (seasonal) is not at all sweet but it is good if you are into dark coffee. Love the market, a few pieces I'm going to find a way to work into our home, over time. Love the iron bed! Pricey yes, not affordable for the average person, hence the need to add the pieces I want over an extended period of time.

This is definitely a great place to visit and explore if you’re in the area. There is so much to do and see while visiting here. The magnolia store has such beautiful items to look through, the bakery is delicious, the yard has a bunch of balls to play with, we were even lucky enough to catch some live music out on the lawn! The food trucks were delicious.

Beautiful greenery and architecture! Pleasant colors for the decorations, and an open field to relax and play toss, with many areas to sit and get comfortable with the fresh air and astonishing sight. The bakery had a long line that quickly shortened due to the fast service, with a variety of delicious and colorful treats to enjoy.

Overall, amazing place. Would recommend when looking for a place to bring friends and family, stretch your legs, and enjoy what’s around.
