Steve Hawkins at Auto Zone is a wonderful technician. He was able to run a diagnostic on my 2011 RAM 1500 and let me know what needed to be done. It's great to have guys like these that really know their business.

The people here are the absolute best. The check engine light came on in my car. They told me what the problem was and suggested that the part just needed to be cleaned. One of them suggested I watch a video on how to do it. I did, but could not get the part out to do it. One of them came out to assist me with this feat. My car then had a different problem, back I went to the store. This has gone on for 4 days and each day they have gone above and beyond to help this old lady.

This is the best auto parts store in Sherman Texas! The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. One of the managers there named Rey speaks Spanish and is always willing to help customers any way he can. If you are in Sherman Texas and need anything at all to do with your automobile, take my advice and Get In The Zone!

I needed stuff. Their website said they had it. It was on the shelf where it was supposed to be. The guys up front were friendly and helpful. Not much more could be expected. Needed a new battery. Steve installed it for me. My car is happier now.

Helpful, if they don't have it, they tell you who has it ,nice places ,very good.

Very helpful & courteous staff. Although busy, my presence was acknowledged immediately, & when it was my turn, I was not pointed in a general direction & told roughly where my item was located, but he stepped out from behind the counter & went & got it for me!

I was from out of town and although they were extremely busy they fixed my problem at no charge. I was so grateful I purchased the seat covers I'd been putting off for a long time. Good people, you just have to have patience as they are extremely busy.

Joshua did a great job helping me out today! Not only did he install my windshield wipers and explain to me the details of topping off my coolant... He also gave me some Nifty advice for keeping my windshield wipers from freezing to my windshield while up North this coming week.

My battery died, my son helped me jump the battery follow me to AutoZone the amazing worker was very nice very stable and very great to have him put my new battery in.. I tipped him for food lunch purchase. 💯

My niece had a battery problem. I am not a. mechanic and her car was in the garage. After almost an hour of an inept uncle, we finally removed the battery and I drove to AutoZone, Sherman. I walked in and one of the young clerks noticed my burden, took the battery, checked it, told me it was virtually dead, quickly replaced it, carried it to the car, and put i in the trunk. It took 20 minutes for the Pro at AutoZone and almost 2 hours for the non-pro to install. Thank you, Auto Zone

Just over 15 months ago I arrived in Texas from NY in my then 22 year old Honda CRV. Within a few months things began to fail. 1st the electrical system, then the brakes. Autozone had all the parts I needed. When I recently wasn't able to repair the brakes before the brake lines blew out and I opted to get a new used car, they refunded my money on the parts I hadn't used without hesitation.
While living in NY I relied on their knowledgeable staff. It's reassuring that I'm still able to rely on them now that I'm living in the Great State of Texas.
