I would give 10 stars if possible! I have been with this bank for close to 30 years. Everyone has been great but I must mention that Andrea Mitchell has been outstanding. She always goes the extra mile to inform me of the banking services available to me.

This place is awesome, staff is friendly and always doing something special for the community! they had a blood drive to support on Valentine's day with delicious treats that were homemade😋

An outstanding team! I absolutely love these gals, I went in to have something notarized for free and I didn't have an account with them at the time. They were so kind and informative! Ive had an account for a while and appreciate their app too, its easy to navigate. A small town establishment, that still feels so personable.

Drive thru personnel are always so friendly and quick to get my transaction done. They don’t just say hello and get off the speaker, they ask how you are, what can I do for you today, is there anything else I can help u with. Makes you feel nice. Thank You.

My visits at First United are far more enjoyable than my visits at the local Landmark. First United is such a wonderful bank. Typically my kids like to complain about bank visits, saying that they're painstakingly long (I tell my son that money doesn't grown on trees to which he replied that it does indeed grow on cotton plants), but when I tell them we're going to First United, they perk right up! My youngest daughter even wants to work at a bank as a teller because she says she'd get to smile at people and make what used to be boring bank visits exciting, just like the people at First United do! First United is my go to bank; I've never appreciated a bank more than this one.

A good place to do business. Friendly, Fast and Efficient. I really appreciate the Faith envelope they use for cash back. It's good to do business with a Christian based company.
