We first worked with Tracy Realty in 2002 when we purchased a home in the Dallas Metroplex and enjoyed the experience greatly. Tommi is absolutely the best realtor I’ve ever had, and I have bought and sold 5 or 6 homes in the last 43 years. She was up front with what we needed to do to sell the house for what we wanted to get for it and she made it happen! She did an excellent job of explaining everything I didn’t understand, and followed up with an email or text so I would have it in writing. Tommi is friendly, warm and caring! I have never had a realtor before her that I would recommend to anyone else!! I would recommend her to anyone - just do what she tells you and let her do the rest!!

The house we were selling was small and needed work, but Tommi didn’t flinch. With a positive attitude, she pointed out and validated our home’s strong features, and not only gave great advice for improvements, but looked and listened before giving it! We picked her brain on many different aspects and options. Each time Tommi gave us thoughtful insight and knowledgeable input regarding the neighborhood, potential buyers, and profit margin vs. quick sale, consistently putting our best interests above possible commission. She answered additional questions over the telephone, and even stopped by more than once to evaluate and advise us on our progress.

Meanwhile, looking for a new house was a bit awkward for me. I travel for work, and could only tour homes at odd times, but Tommi graciously flexed with my strange schedule.
