Sherman Chevy/Cadillac was one of my favorite car buying experiences of all time. From my 1st time calling Rachel Hilberd was easy to communicate with. She text me pictures of the vehicle and made sure to respond quickly to text and calls. I had to drive over 300 miles to get the car and they didn’t rush me to come in. I asked can you give me till the weekend. That spoke volume to me. Most dealerships want you to sign the deal on the 30th/31st to make that last minute sale. But that didn’t matter to them. That’s when I knew I found a diamond dealership in the wild. It’s hard to find great, honest, fair and friendly people. They even gave me a little extra on my trade! I will be calling them again in the future for my next ride.

Very easy car buying experience. The salesmen we dealt with weren't pushy, they were patient, and they got us exactly what we wanted.

Finance was quick and easy. We went with our own financing and they beat our rate significantly.

We had another Chevy dealership in Greenville pull the wool over our eyes with a 2024 Trailblazer. After we were approved wanted us to come out and finalize but learned the vehicle wasn't even on the lot yet. We were very disappointed in that. Sherman Chevrolet saved us a drive and a little bit of money. So thankful for our local Chevy dealership.

Nick’s customer service was exceptional, not only did he keep us updated throughout the process but he made it as smooth as possible. He was very nice, I recommend him to anybody that is looking to buy a car. Overall, our experience with Nick was outstanding .

Lupe and Daniel were amazing and worked very hard to get me into a safe car for my kids and I. There wasn't a lot of pressure put on me. Lupe even entertained my 5 year old and that was extremely helpful in easing the process of buying a car. I'm so glad I got to buy a car from these guys. The finance guy was extremely helpful with making sure my car would be taken care of after leaving the lot.

Nicholas did a fantastic job working with us and getting us into our new vehicle. Worked tirelessly and never skipped a beat. He did a great job helping us with less than great credit. Would recommend him and Sherman Chevrolet to anyone in the market.

Sales department was great Dave did a great job...finance office doesn't have anything together! They have repeatedly contacted me for the same things over and over again!

The sales consultant was Vance Simply stated he is great made buying this jeep easy. The sales manager was Billy he worked with me to make this deal happen. The finance manager Alfredo was equally great. These guys are all top notch. They are honest and made this buying a vehicle great. I definitely recommend them. I will be back the next time I need a vehicle. As well as recommend them to anyone needing a new or a see vehicle

I had a great buying experience with Dave my sales person. He worked hard to make my deal work. He was strait forward on all questions and everything he told me was what happened.
My new truck had a scratch on it when I bought it and he made sure it was fixed. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking.

I had challenged my sales associate to find me a low mileage 22 or 23 model truck. She communicated with me and in a short time found a great truck for me. All of the staff was amazing during the process.

I had a great experience and love my little car

We went into the dealership last Friday 06/26/24 praying for a miracle. Our credit is not the best right now (this economy is brutal) and we didn't have much money to put down, but my husband needed a truck. We talked with Nic Greene, told him our situation, and not only did he work miracles, he was the nicest, most patient salesman I've ever worked with. He was able to get my husband into a 2024 Chevy Silverado with less down than we were initially told and lower payments than we had expected!!!! We left very happy and appreciative of all he and Sherman Classic Chevrolet did for us.

So comfortable through the entire process. The people were great, the deal was great! I felt like I was at Home but with a Team of Experts! Thank you to Janet Rodgers, Matt Vairs and Dave Messick! Thank you all for my new Silverado!! 5 Star!

Brenton and Alfredo were most excellent! We had previously pulled out of another deal somewhere else because of deceitful practices and ended up here… with 6 kids in tow. To further complicate things my Father was purchasing the vehicle from out of state. It was done very smoothly and quickly. They went above and beyond to help us out and truly treated like human beings… which is hard to find sometimes in the car sales world. lol. We are thoroughly please with our 2020 traverse. What a blessing it was to do business with them.

My husband and I purchased my 2021 Chevy Trailblazer back in April with Mike Nelson. I do not have enough great things to say about the customer service that was extended towards us, and the hard work Mike put towards making this deal happen! Sherman Chevrolet made sure we had a great experience, and put my daughter and I in a great car that is very safe.

This is the best lot with the best salesmen!! I looked at a lot of cars and talked to a lot of salesmen this past week, and this lot had the best selection of both new and used vehicles! We couldn't have asked for a better experience!!
