Faith has a dry sense of humor so that may be why people have given a bad review. Pay attention folks. She's very funny and knows her stuff! I love this store! I've been to many and prefer this one over all of them! When I walked in the first time, Faith said the name of my hair and the exact color code from across the room and said "come here!" Took me directly to her and showed me a similar and I got both!

Faith is so nice. She knows her stuff. She gives constructive criticism when it comes to picking out something that may just look good on the mannequin head and not on your head.
