Justine (Realtor) helped our family find a home in Texas, as we were planning our move from California.

Justine was willing to drive 2 hours to view the home for us and recorded a great video. He answered all of our questions and more. We trusted Justine, since he was honest and straight forward with our concerns.

We made an offer from California based on trusting Justin’s advice. We of course had to offer more than listing price; however, Justine suggested we ask for $30k for repairs after inspection. We were willing to pay our full offer if needed. Seller agreed and we saved repair costs, thanks to Justine.

We communicated a lot back and forth. He would even stay up late at times (1am) to accommodate our needs in California during entire process (escrow).

My family is greatful to have worked with Justine during a very stressful time. We now own our dream home in Texas and are extremely thankful.

Justin did a great job on getting our property we wanted. Because of certain legalities it took awhile but he was very persistent in making the deal push forward to get it done.
