Dave Brown has been my banker for years and has guided me through ways to manage my money in ways I have learned to budget wisely. His customer service is exemplary and his passion for the Community is evident even how he manages his free time on the board of a well known nonprofit where his expertise has lead them to a balance sheet in the black instead of the red. Went in needing help with my credit score, and was able to raise it from NOTHING to over 750 in half a year thanks to Eric's help. Genuinely a huge help, and I'm not sure I would have been able to get our loan accepted for our new home without the advice given to me. Thank you to this bank for helping to explain something so complicated, that every other bank has only tried to make more complicated for me.

Been banking here since moving a few years ago, and Woodforest has been absolutely exceptional! It's rare to find a bank where not only do I know that anytime I go in I'll be greeted with haste and utmost care, but I KNOW that whatever the problem is, it's gonna be resolved.

I have banked with Woodforest National Bank for more than 10+ years now. They have always provided me with great service and Jennifer Parker at the Sherman, Texas location provided nothing less than exceptional service today!

I rarely review banks, but I had to stop in while in town for a few things and Eric was a huge help. Professional and polite.

Mr Brown is always so extremely helpful and thorough. I appreciate seeing a consistent staff at this branch. You get the professionalism but with a small town feel.

Talking to David brown the branch manager was a very pleasant experience for me. I can never get anyone on the phone in denison. He was so helpful and pleasant to talk to that I never want to talk to anyone else at that bank....thank you Mr. Brown.

I haven't had but one issue with my bank, but it was them helping me with the security of my account, so I appreciate it. I called the customer support and they were happy and quick to resolve my issue. David, you are always so pleasant. David is a great, caring manager. He calls and checks on me. My husband and I just left the Sherman branch and we’re so impressed with the service we received from Dave and Beth! They answered all our questions about the online banking system and made sure we understood how to use the service! These two represent what Great customer service is all about!

The Best Bank around the Texoma area in My opinion. Cudos to human resources . I don't live in Sherman. I'm a few miles away now. I have a free account that I cannot overdraft accidentally. I don't write checks anymore, like most of us.
I just by chance opened my account after I met David. The Bank manager while I was there for a product on the other side of the walkway. We talked a moment . He mentioned about a promosion . So I (needing a new account in the near future) . opened my account not needed for a few more months . David and the rest of the team have treated me like family. I consider Him a personal friend.

We are from Illinois and were in Texas for the Bring It Home Parade in Paris. We had lost my boyfriends wallet with his debit card in it. After a google search,we located a branch in Sherman, Texas. Dave, Eric and Ashlynn (NOT Ashley) were very very helpful as well as fun to talk to! They printed us a new card and walked us through the process of updating his profile and online banking info. Without their help,we would have had to cut our trip short due to lack of funds. They saved the day and our vacation can continue! You 3 are our heroes and should certainly get a raise and a free lunch!😉
