In December 2022, I came to Peak PT in Sherman in a wheelchair with severe nerve and muscle damage in my right thigh. I could not walk or drive a car. I could barely stand. There were no functioning muscles in my right quad and my knee buckled without warning. As of October 2023, I am not totally healed; however, I can walk with a leg brace, I can drive my tractor and truck and perform other ranch duties. The prognosis is that I will be able to walk normally without a leg brace or cane or walker and perform normal ranch duties. The staff at Peak PT are friendly and professional. The workout routine is hard and demanding. Encouragement and motivation are given all the time. What appeared to be almost a hopeless situation, is turning into a total success story because of the great staff at Peak PT in Sherman.

Very nice and helpful staff and I achieved great results with my PT. Conner figured out the issue with my ankle that my surgeon missed!!

I had shoulder surgery in December for a torn rotator cuff and torn bicep ligament. Just before I was released from Physical Therapy @ Peak Physical Therapy, I had an accident and broke the humorous in the same shoulder. So after Dr Jelsma repaired the broken humorous with a plate and screws, I once again started Physical Therapy @ Peak Physical Therapy in Sherman.

This group of therapists are truly amazing!!! And let’s not forget about the beautiful ladies that are assisting, setting up appointments, contacting doctor’s offices, insurance companies and dealing with all of the patients’ needs. Everyone working there is knowledgeable, kind, caring, respectful and hard working.
I was released today from PT and Dr. Jelsma. I am so thankful for all of the patience and support I received during my therapy. I can’t thank all of them enough. With the great care I received, I’ll be back to swinging my clubs on the golf course soon!!!

My recent experience at Peak Physical Therapy in Sherman was nothing but positive and I received top-notch care while I was there. Jon Poe was my PT and he helped me regain my range of motion, strength, and decrease my pain. He was always engaging and made me feel welcome and not just a number. Meredith and Payton were awesome techs that helped me along the way and were always friendly and positive. The front desk ladies, Valerie and Kaitlyn were great with scheduling and communication. My overall experience was great and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing Physical Therapy services.

I am absolutely inspired by the therapists’ here and all the assistants! I had the most expert care and guidance, my first appointment with Kristen was awesome, she had such empathy and understanding when I couldn’t even mov my arm, so I changed Drs to Dr. Jelsma, after an MRI/Arthrogram it showed I needed surgery (a few procedures actually), coming to Peak afterwards and having Connor as my main therapist and Dillion on occasion with Grace, Chloe and Claire as assistants and guidance truly helped me achieve my goal! I’m now able to USE my arm, we don’t know what we lose until we don’t have the ability to use/perform minimal tasks, my thought process was “NEVER GIVE UP”, so for those of you that need therapy, I recommend this Peak Therapy for your needs, they are all AWESOME!!!

I cant praise these people enough. After my knee replacement, they got me up and walking in no time. Super nice and know what they're doing.

Peak physical therapy is highly organized, and the room is always neat. The therapists were attuned to my difficulties, and they were constantly thinking of exercises and manipulations to help my situation. They were friendly, considerate, and pushed me. They had high expectations for me, but they didn’t waste my time. They put in the effort to help me recover!

Started my outpatient therapy there after my hip replacement. I am very thankful for the therapist at this facility. Taylor is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I got good workouts and with my exercies there and at home, I feel great! I went twice a week. Everyone there was kept busy and had their own therapist to guide them thru their workouts. I highly recommend this facility.

I came here to Peak-Sherman initially for work on my lower back due to a herniated disk. The team here is outstanding in every regard. When I was discharged I then asked my primary care doc if he would send me back for work on my shoulder where I gave a rotator cuff tear. We are currently working on that and I’m having great improvement. While Connor has been working with me, I heartily recommend both him and the entire team.

I had a total knee replacement. Amanda and the staff at Peak helped me to reach my goals for range of motion - and being able to enjoy life again. They are a great team of friendly professionals. I will definitely return when it's time for my other knee replacement!

Peak Physical Therapy is the best in this area. They staff are caring and professional. They actually care about but push you to do your best that you can. Connor was great. Very caring and he pushed me but only what I could do. Can't say enough about them. I would highly recommend Peak Physical Therapy!!!

My daughter had been diagnosed by an orthopedist with irreversible and chronic back pain at the age of 15. We had tried chiropractors, acupuncture and varying degrees of stretching to alleviate it. Jon was able to get her from a constant 7 to an occasional 1 on the pain scale in a little over 2 weeks, now she is pain free. Can’t say enough good things about him and his PT shop!

I recently completed eight weeks of therapy at Peak. The staff were all very knowledgeable and professional. Everyone was friendly and empathic about my fractured knee which was very painful. I still have to have surgery, but I will come back to Peak for my rehab. I recommend Peak if anyone needs physical therapy.

I have had a good experience here. My PT, Whitney, is very attentive, caring, and patient. She knows what she's doing and strives to help me improve my range of motion as well as other issues. Payton, one of their techs, is very helpful and is kind and caring.

My PT was Taylor. He was very attentive and very knowledgeable. My experience was great. The whole staff was very nice and attentive. Had a great experience on getting back to my normal self after knee surgery. Thank you Peak.

I had an amazing experience at Peak physical therapy. The entire staff is full of great people and they sure know what they’re doing. I recommend Peak physical therapy in Sherman Texas for everybody, it is a comfortable atmosphere with great people!

I have been going to peak for 8 months so far everyone there is amazing and go out of there way to help you anyway they can and will try to work around your schedule

Taylor was very helpful in my recovery from frozen shoulder. He explained things well. His personality and attitude were great.
