Don’t store here, my personal opinion. I tried to open a unit here with no one running the office which should’ve been my indicator, I called office during open hours and no one answered, but there was a sign saying to go online to open a storage unit, so I did but the website is for a different location (granbury) then the Ennis storage. I had to get a refund to open another storage in the next city over. I just think if your business is ran through online your website should be for the location that you’re representing. Unprofessional and a waste of time.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company switched 3 owners. New owners are crooks. I signed my lease and it say $96.80 then we had an insurance price added to my bill without them communicating with me now they claimed per agreement after a few mths mind you that the rent now will go up $15 more dollars. I have been with the same unit for over 3 years and these new owners have left a sour taste in my mouth. Place is always dirty and they have mice bad. I would turn and go the other way on communication and lies alone.
